Claims (10)
- 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルを背面側でケーシングするカバーボトムと、
前記カバーボトムの背面に配置され、前記カバーボトムの背面に対して前記カバーボトムの長手方向に引張力を加えることによって前記カバーボトムの曲率を制御する少なくとも一つの曲率制御装置とを備え、
前記カバーボトムの底面は、凹凸部が形成された中間層と、前記中間層の一面をコーティングする第1カバー層と、前記中間層の他の面をコーティングする第2カバー層とを含むコルゲート板材で構成され、
前記第1カバー層は、前記曲率制御装置に対応して前記中間層を露出させる開口部を含むことを特徴とする、曲面ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記各曲率制御装置は、
前記カバーボトムの幅方向に形成された前記開口部に沿って配列される多数の締め付け部材と、
動力を発生するモータと、
前記モータから発生した動力を前記多数の締め付け部材に伝達する伝達部材とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記各締め付け部材は、
前記開口部を挟んで離隔して前記第1カバー層に固定された一対の支持台と、
前記一対の支持台の間に配置されて、前記一対の支持台の離隔距離を可変させるターンバックルとを備え、
前記ターンバックルは、本体と、前記本体の両側でねじ方式で締結され、前記一対の支持台のそれぞれに固定される一対のねじ棒とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記伝達部材はタイミングベルトを含み、
前記各締め付け部材は、前記ターンバックルの本体に固定されて、前記タイミングベルトから提供された動力を前記本体に伝達するプーリーをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記各曲率制御装置は、
前記モータの動力軸と前記タイミングベルトの駆動軸とを互いに連結するユニバーサルジョイントまたはカップリングをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記伝達部材はワイヤーを含み、
前記ターンバックルは、前記本体がピニオンギアの形態を有し、前記ワイヤーと連結されて前記本体を回転させるラックをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記伝達部材は、前記ワイヤーをガイドすると共に、前記ワイヤーの張力を維持させる多数のアイドラをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置。
- 表示パネルと、前記表示パネルを背面側でケーシングし、底面が、凹凸部が形成された中間層と、前記中間層の一面をコーティングする第1カバー層と、前記中間層の他の面をコーティングする第2カバー層とを含むコルゲート板材で構成されたカバーボトムと、前記カバーボトムの背面である前記第1カバー層に配置された少なくとも一つの曲率制御装置とを備え、前記第1カバー層は、前記曲率制御装置に対応して前記中間層を露出させる開口部を含む曲面ディスプレイ装置の曲率制御方法において、
前記曲率制御装置で前記カバーボトムの長手方向に引張力を加えることによって前記カバーボトムの曲率を制御するステップを含むことを特徴とする、曲面ディスプレイ装置の曲率制御方法。 - 前記各曲率制御装置は、
前記カバーボトムの幅方向に形成された前記開口部に沿って配列される多数の締め付け部材と、
動力を発生するモータと、
前記モータから発生した動力を前記多数の締め付け部材に伝達する伝達部材とを備え、
前記各締め付け部材は、
前記開口部を挟んで離隔して前記第1カバー層に固定された一対の支持台と、
前記一対の支持台の間に配置されて、前記一対の支持台の離隔距離を可変させるターンバックルとを備え、
前記ターンバックルは、本体と、前記本体の両側でねじ方式で締結され、前記一対の支持台のそれぞれに固定される一対のねじ棒とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置の曲率制御方法。 - 前記モータ及び前記伝達部材を用いて、前記ターンバックルの本体を第1方向に回転させて、前記一対の支持台間の離隔距離を増大させるステップと、
前記モータ及び前記伝達部材を用いて、前記ターンバックルの本体を前記第1方向と反対の第2方向に回転させて、前記一対の支持台間の離隔距離を狭くするステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の曲面ディスプレイ装置の曲率制御方法。
