Abstract
Description
図4に示すように、本発明の反射断熱材1の表面に炉殻として鉄板7を取り付けた本発明例1(図4(a))と、断熱材層2の表面に鉄板7のみを取り付けた比較例1(図4(b))、本発明例1から黒色板3を除いた比較例2(図4(c))について、炉に取り付けて比較試験を行った。
図5に示す比較例3(図5(a))、比較例4(図5(b))、比較例5(図5(c))、本発明例2(図5(d))をそれぞれ炉に取り付けて、比較試験を行った。

Claims (4)
- 断熱材層の片面に、黒色板、空気層、反射材が順に積層されていることを特徴とする、反射断熱材。
- 前記黒色板は、黒体塗料を塗布した金属板または黒皮鉄板であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反射断熱材。
- 請求項1または2に記載の反射断熱材が、前記反射材を炉の外側に向けて、炉内の側壁および天井に設置されていることを特徴とする、熱処理炉。
- 前記反射材の外側に炉殻が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱処理炉。
