Abstract
【解決手段】PC壁2の内側において、ジャッキアップ装置による内槽側板9の上昇と、上昇した内槽側板9の下側への次の内槽側板9の溶接と、を交互に繰り返して金属製の内槽を組み立てる工程を有する円筒型タンクの構築方法であって、上昇した内槽側板9を挟むガイド対100を、その下側に溶接する次の内槽側板9に設置する工程を有する、という手法を採用する。

Description
この手法を採用することによって、本発明では、上昇した内槽側板を挟むガイド対を、その下側に溶接する次の内槽側板に設置し、上昇した内槽側板(次の内槽側板の直上にある構造物)から転倒防止を取る。これにより、その下側に取り付けるべき次の内槽側板の転倒を防止することができる。
この手法を採用することによって、本発明では、上昇した内槽側板をガイド対で挟みつつ、次の内槽側板をタンク周方向に搬送することで、上昇した内槽側板を搬送レールとして利用する。これにより、上昇した内槽側板に沿った、次の内槽側板のタンク周方向の搬送を容易に行うことができる。
この手法を採用することによって、本発明では、ガイド対がガイドローラーを有することで、次の内槽側板をタンク周方向に搬送する際にガイド対と上昇した内槽側板との間で発生する摩擦及び騒音を小さくすることができる。
この手法を採用することによって、本発明では、内槽側板を肌合わせする際に用いるキーナットが内向き板面に設けられている場合に、そのキーナットよりも下方に第1のガイド部材を設置することで、キーナットとの干渉を回避したタンク周方向における次の内槽側板の円滑な搬送が可能となる。
この手法を採用することによって、本発明では、内槽側板の外向き板面をガイドする第2のガイド部材を第1のガイド部材よりも上方に延在させることで、キーナットが設けられていない外向き板面においてガイド面積を広く確保することができる。
最後に、図9に示すように、内外槽間15に保冷材44を配置し、また、内槽屋根14の裏側にも保冷材44を配置して保冷工事を行い、その後、塗装工事、配管保冷工事を経て円筒型タンク50が構築される。
図10は、本発明の別実施形態におけるガイド部材(第1のガイド部材110)の構成を示す斜視図である。なお、図10においては、上述の実施形態と同一又は同等の構成部分について同一の符号を付している。

- コンクリート製の外槽の内側において、ジャッキアップ装置による内槽側板の上昇と、前記上昇した内槽側板の下側への次の内槽側板の溶接と、を交互に繰り返して金属製の内槽を組み立てる工程を有する円筒型タンクの構築方法であって、
前記上昇した内槽側板を挟むガイド対を、その下側に溶接する前記次の内槽側板に設置する工程を有する、ことを特徴とする円筒型タンクの構築方法。 - 前記上昇した内槽側板を前記ガイド対で挟みつつ、前記次の内槽側板をタンク周方向に搬送する工程を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型タンクの構築方法。
- 前記ガイド対は、前記上昇した内槽側板の板面を転動するガイドローラーを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒型タンクの構築方法。
- 前記上昇した内槽側板の内向き板面には、キーナットが設けられており、
前記ガイド対を形成する一対のガイド部材のうち、前記上昇した内槽側板の内向き板面に対向する第1のガイド部材を、前記キーナットよりも下方に設置する工程を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の円筒型タンクの構築方法。 - 前記ガイド対を形成する一対のガイド部材のうち、前記上昇した内槽側板の外向き板面に対向する第2のガイド部材を、前記第1のガイド部材よりも上方に延在させて設置する工程を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の円筒型タンクの構築方法。
