Abstract
Description
該チューブを接続するための接続穴を備えた継手本体と、該継手本体の接続穴の内周面に装着され接続穴に挿入された該チューブの外周面を係止する係止爪を備えた係止手段とを具備するチューブ連結継手と、
該チューブの内径に対応した外径を有し該チューブの先端部内側に嵌入して該係止手段の係止爪による係止力を増大させるためのインナースリーブと、を具備し、
該インナースリーブは、流す流体の流量に対応して各種の内径に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする流量調整器具が提供される。
図示の実施形態における流量調整器具は、チューブ2aと2bと2cを連結するためのチューブ連結継手3を具備している。このチューブ連結継手3は、適宜の合成樹脂によって形成され3個の接続穴311a,311b,311cを備えた継手本体31を具備しており、3個の接続穴311a,311b,311cは図示の実施形態においては内径が同一に形成されているとともに互いに連通されている。継手本体31に形成された3個の接続穴311a,311b,311cの内周面には、それぞれチューブ2a,2b,2cが挿入された状態でチューブ2a,2b,2cの外周面を係止する係止手段32a,32b,32cが配設されている。この係止手段32a,32b,32cは、それぞれチューブ2a,2b,2cの外周面と係合する複数の係止爪321と、該係止爪321を接続穴311a,311b,311cの内周面に保持する爪押え部322とからなっている。

Claims (2)
- チューブを流れる流体の流量を調整する流量調整器具であって、
該チューブを接続するための接続穴を備えた継手本体と、該継手本体の接続穴の内周面に装着され接続穴に挿入された該チューブの外周面を係止する係止爪を備えた係止手段とを具備するチューブ連結継手と、
該チューブの内径に対応した外径を有し該チューブの先端部内側に嵌入して該係止手段の係止爪による係止力を増大させるためのインナースリーブと、を具備し、
該インナースリーブは、流す流体の流量に対応して各種の内径に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする流量調整器具。 - 該インナースリーブは、内径ごとに色分けされている、請求項1記載の流量調整器具。
