Abstract
本发明提供便宜的流量调节器具,其能够容易地调节在管中流动的流体的流量。所述流量调节器具调节在管中流动的流体的流量,所述流量调节器具具备管连结器和内套,所述管连接器具备:连结器主体,其具备用于连接管的连接孔;和卡定构件,其安装于连结器主体的连接孔的内周面并具备将插入到连接孔中的管的外周面卡住的卡定爪,所述内套具有与管的内径对应的外径,所述内套嵌入到管的末端部内侧,用于使该卡定构件的卡定爪的卡定力增大,内套与流经的流体的流量对应地形成各种内径。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于调节在管中流动的流体的流量的流量调节器具。
背景技术
在半导体器件制造工序中,在大致圆板形状的半导体晶片的正面由呈格子状排列的被称作间隔道的分割预定线划分出多个区域,在该划分出的区域形成IC、LSI等器件。对于这样构成的半导体晶片,在利用磨削装置对背面进行磨削而形成规定的厚度之后,利用切削装置或激光加工装置等沿间隔道分割成一个个器件。
对半导体晶片等晶片的背面进行磨削的磨削装置具备以下等部分:卡盘工作台,其抽吸保持晶片;磨削构件,其具备安装于旋转主轴的磨削轮,该磨削轮对保持于该卡盘工作台的晶片进行磨削;以及清洗构件,其对被该磨削构件磨削的晶片进行清洗(例如,专利文献1)。
并且,将晶片分割成一个个器件的切削装置具备以下等部分:卡盘工作台,其抽吸保持晶片;切削构件,其具备安装于旋转主轴的切削刀具,该切削刀具对保持于该卡盘工作台的晶片进行切削;以及清洗构件,其对被该切削构件切削过的晶片进行清洗(例如,专利文献2)。
在上述磨削装置和切削装置等加工装置中,包括卡盘工作台的多个构件经由管而与抽吸源连结,并且包括主轴单元的多个构件经由管而与高压空气源连结。
如上所述,在抽吸源或高压空气源,需要根据功能将经由管向各个构件供给的空气调节成需要的流量,因此经由适当的节气阀而与抽吸源或高压空气源连接。

而且,在与抽吸源或高压空气源连接的流体路径分别配置节气阀,需要备齐各种比较昂贵的节气阀来构成加工装置,因此存在成本增高的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其主要的技术课题在于提供便宜的流量调节器具,其能够容易地调节在管中流动的流体的流量。
为了解决上述主要技术课题,根据本发明,提供一种流量调节器具,其调节在管中流动的流体的流量,所述流量调节器具的特征在于,
其具备管连结器和内套,
所述管连接器具备:连结器主体,其具备用于连接该管的连接孔;和卡定构件,其安装于该连结器主体的连接孔的内周面并具备将插入到连接孔中的该管的外周面卡住的卡定爪,
所述内套具有与该管的内径对应的外径,所述内套嵌入该管的末端部内侧,用于使该卡定构件的卡定爪的卡定力增大,
该内套与流经的流体的流量对应地形成各种内径。
优选上述内套按照内径用颜色区分开。
在本发明的流量调节器具中,内套具有与管的内径对应的外径,所述内套嵌入到管的末端部内侧,用于使卡定构件的卡定爪的卡定力增大,所述内套与流经的流体的流量对应地形成各种内径,因此,不必备齐各种节气阀来构成加工装置,从而能够实现加工装置的成本降低。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图进一步详细地说明按照本发明构成的流量调节器具的优选的实施方式。
在图1中示出了将按照本发明构成的流量调节器具的结构部件分解示出的立体图。在图2中示出了构成按照本发明构成的流量调节器具的管连结器的剖视图。在图3中示出了按照本发明构成的流量调节器具的剖视图。
图示的实施方式中的流量调节器具具备用于连结管2a、2b和2c的管连结器3。该管连结器3具备连结器主体31,所述连结器主体31由适当的合成树脂形成并具备3个连接孔311a、311b、311c,3个连接孔311a、311b、311c在图示的实施方式中形成为内径相同并且彼此连通。在形成于连结器主体31的3个连接孔311a、311b、311c的内周面分别配置有卡定构件32a、32b、32c,所述卡定构件32a、32b、32c在管2a、2b、2c被插入的状态下卡住管2a、2b、2c的外周面。该卡定构件32a、32b、32c分别由与管2a、2b、2c的外周面卡合的多个卡定爪321、和将该卡定爪321保持在连接孔311a、311b、311c的内周面的爪按压部322构成。
在设于构成上述管连结器3的连结器主体31的3个连接孔311a、311b、311c的端部,分别以能够沿轴向滑动的方式配置有筒状的释放衬套(release bushing)33a、33b、33c,所述释放衬套33a、33b、33c用于解除上述卡定爪321与管2a、2b、2c的外周面的卡合。在该释放衬套33a、33b、33c的外周面分别设有卡定部331,该卡定部331通过与防脱部312抵接来进行防脱,所述防脱部312形成于在连结器主体31设置的3个连接孔311a、311b、311c的端部。另外,上述的连结器主体31、由卡定爪321和爪按压部322构成的卡定构件32a、32b、32c、和释放衬套33a、33b、33c的结构可以是以往公知的结构,从而省略了更详细的说明。
参照图1和图3继续进行说明,图示的实施方式中的流量调节器具具备内套4a、4b、4c,所述内套4a、4b、4c具有与上述管2a、2b、2c的内径对应的外径,所述内套4a、4b、4c嵌入到管2a、2b、2c的末端部内侧,用于使上述卡定构件32a、32b、32c的卡定爪321的卡定力增大。该内套4a、4b、4c分别由嵌入到管2a、2b、2c的末端部内侧的管保持部41、和在该管保持部41的一端沿径向形成的凸缘部42构成。这样形成的内套4a、4b、4c与流经的流体的流量对应地形成各种内径。在图示的实施方式中,内套4a的内径设定为,内套4b的内径设定为,内套4c的内径设定为。另外,内套4a、4b、4c可以由铝合金或不锈钢等金属材料或适当的合成树脂形成。并且,优选内套4a、4b、4c分别按照内径用颜色区分开。
图示的实施方式中的管连结器3如上那样构成,为了连结管2a、2b、2c,将内套4a、4b、4c的管保持部41分别嵌入于管2a、2b、2c的末端部。此时,如果内套4a、4b、4c按照内径用颜色区分开,则能够无误且可靠地嵌入于规定的管2a、2b、2c中。接下来,如图3所示,使嵌入有内套4a、4b、4c的管保持部41的管2a、2b、2c的末端部分别通过释放衬套33a、33b、33c插入到连接孔311a、311b、311c中,由此各个卡定构件32a、32b、32c的卡定爪321与管2a、2b、2c的外周面卡合。通过该卡定爪321与管2a、2b、2c的外周面卡合,来防止管2a、2b、2c的脱出。
在如上那样构成的流量调节器具中,从流体源被导入到管2a中的流体通过内套4a而被导入,并通过内套4b、4c而从管2b、2c导入到规定的装置。在图示的实施方式中,内套4a的内径设定为,内套4b的内径设定为,内套4c的内径设定为,因此,若向管2a供给32.5升/分的空气并通过内套4a进行导入,则通过内套4b向管2b导入22.5升/分的空气,通过内套4c向管2c导入10.0升/分的空气。
另外,在从连结器主体31拔出管2a、2b、2c时,分别使释放衬套33a、33b、33c向卡定爪321侧滑动来解除卡定爪321与管2a、2b、2c的外周面的卡合,由此能够容易地拔出管2a、2b、2c。
如上所述,在图示的实施方式的流量调节器具中,内套4a、4b、4c具有与管2a、2b、2c的内径对应的外径,所述内套4a、4b、4c嵌入到管2a、2b、2c的末端部内侧,用于使上述卡定构件32a、32b、32c的卡定爪321的卡定力增大,内套4a、4b、4c与流经的流体的流量对应地形成各种内径,因此,不必备齐各种节气阀来构成加工装置,从而能够实现加工装置的成本降低。
以上,根据图示的实施方式对本发明进行了说明,但本发明不仅限定于实施方式,可以在本发明的主旨的范围内进行各种变形。例如,在上述实施方式中,示出了应用于对空气的流量进行调节的流量调节器具的例子,但本发明的流量调节器具也可以应用于水或油等其他流体的流量调节。
Claims (2)
1.一种流量调节器具,其调节在管中流动的流体的流量,所述流量调节器具的特征在于,
其具备管连结器和内套,
所述管连结器具备:连结器主体,其具备用于连接该管的3个连接孔;和卡定构件,其安装于该连结器主体的连接孔的内周面并具备将插入到连接孔中的该管的外周面卡住的卡定爪,
所述内套具有与该管的内径对应的外径,所述内套嵌入到该管的末端部内侧,用于使该卡定构件的卡定爪的卡定力增大,
嵌入有该内套的该管的末端部被该内套和该卡定爪夹住而使卡定力增大,由此实现防脱,
该内套与流经的流体的流量对应地形成各种内径,通过将该内套配设于该管,调整从1个连接孔导入的流体的流量和该流体分流至其他2个连接孔时的流量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流量调节器具,其特征在于,
该内套按照内径用颜色区分开。
