Abstract
Description
まず図1,2A〜2Cおよび3A〜3Bを考察する。図1には全体として参照符号1で示された取付装置1の構造が示されており、ここでは、例えば薄膜ソーラモジュールである複数のソーラモジュール2がモジュール支持部3に取り付けられている。図1では4つのソーラモジュールが示されているが、当然のことながら、この取付装置1は、より多くの個数またはより少ない個数のソーラモジュール2を含むこともできる。ソーラモジュール2は慣用のようにそれぞれ矩形の面積体として構成されている。
Claims (12)
- 支持基板(7)と、当該支持基板(7)に接続されているカバー層(8)と有するフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)、例えば薄膜ソーラモジュールにおいて、
前記支持基板(7)と前記カバー層(8)との間には層構造体(9)が設けられており、
該層構造体(9)により、光起電性エネルギ形成のための直列接続される複数のソーラセル(6)が形成され、
前記支持基板(7)および/または前記カバー層(8)には、前記ソーラモジュールをモジュール支持部(3)に取り付けるため、または少なくとも1つの別のソーラモジュールを接続するために複数の取付孔(12)が設けられており、
前記取付孔(12)はそれぞれ、光起電性アクティブ領域(13)内のコーティングのないゾーン(14)に形成されている、
ことを特徴とするフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)。 - 請求項1に記載のフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)において、
複数の前記ソーラセル(6)は同じソーラセル面積を有する、
ことを特徴とするフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)。 - 請求項1または2に記載のフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)において、
各取付孔(12)において、前記取付孔(12)を包囲しかつ前記層構造体(9)に対してシーリングするシーラント(16)が支持基板(7)とカバー層(8)との間に配置されている、
ことを特徴とするフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)。 - 請求項1に記載のフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)において、
前記支持基板(7)は、前記カバー層(8)から突き出ている縁部区画(28)を有しているか、または前記カバー層(8)が、前記支持基板(7)から突き出ている縁部区画(28)を有しており、
前記縁部区画(28)に前記取付孔(12)が形成されている、
ことを特徴とするフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのフレームレスソーラモジュール(2)を有する取付装置(1)において、
前記ソーラモジュールは、前記取付孔(12)を貫通する固定部材、例えばボルト(17)によって前記モジュール支持部(3)に取り付けられている、
ことを特徴する取付装置(1)。 - 請求項5に記載の取付装置(1)において、
前記取付孔(12)において、弾力性のある可塑材料からなる1つずつの層(21)が、前記固定部材(17)と前記ソーラモジュール(2)との間、および/または、前記ソーラモジュール(2)と前記モジュール支持部(3)との間に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする取付装置(1)。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の、フレームレスソーラモジュール(2)を有する取付装置(1)において、
隣接するソーラモジュール(2)は接続部材(23)によって互いに接続されており、
前記接続部材(23)は、前記取付孔(12)を貫通する固定部材、例えばボルト(17)によって前記ソーラモジュール(2)に取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする取付装置(1)。 - 請求項7に記載の取付装置(1)において、
隣接するソーラモジュール(2)間の継ぎ目(25)をシーリングすみ肉(22)によってシーリングする、
ことを特徴とする取付装置(1)。 - 支持基板(7)と、当該支持基板(7)に接続されているカバー層(8)とを有するフレームレスソーラモジュール、殊に薄膜ソーラモジュールを製造する方法において、
前記支持基板(7)と前記カバー層(8)との間には層構造体(9)が設けられており、
該層構造体(9)により、光起電性のエネルギ形成のための直列接続される複数のソーラモジュールが形成され、
前記支持基板(7)および/または前記カバー層(8)には、前記ソーラモジュールをモジュール支持部(3)に取り付けるため、または少なくとも1つの別のソーラモジュールを接続するために複数の取付孔(12)を設け、
前記取付孔(12)を含むかまたは該取付孔(12)を形成するために設けられる複数のコーティングがないゾーン(14)において前記層構造体(9)を除去する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、
前記支持基板(7)に前記層構造体(9)を載置する前に、前記支持基板(7)および/または前記カバー層(8)に前記取付孔(12)を形成する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9または10に記載の方法において、
各取付孔(12)に当該取付孔(12)を包囲しかつ前記層構造体(9)に対してシーリングするシーラント(16)を支持基板(7)とカバー層(8)との間に配置する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記取付孔(12)に1つずつのシーラント(16’)を入れる、
ことを特徴とする方法。
