Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- オレフィンの触媒水和用反応器であって、
透過膜によって分離された触媒反応区域であって、前記膜が、前記触媒反応区域を前記反応区域の透過側および保持側に分離し、前記保持側が、オレフィン水和触媒を含む、触媒反応区域と、
前記反応区域の前記透過側から流体を除去するように構成された第1の出口と、及び、
前記反応区域の前記保持側から流体を除去するように構成された第2の出口と、を備え、
前記透過膜が、少なくとも1つのオレフィン水和生成物を選択的に除去するように動作可能である、反応器。 - 前記膜が、高分子膜または無機膜から選択される、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記膜が、アルコールに対して選択透過性である、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記膜が、アルコールおよびオレフィンに対して選択透過性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記触媒が、固体酸触媒である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- オレフィンを水和してアルコールを生成するためのプロセスであって、
アルコール生成物を生成するのに十分な反応条件下で、オレフィン水和触媒を含む反応帯域にてオレフィン供給原料と水を接触させるステップと、及び、
アルコールの透過に対して選択的である透過膜を用いて、前記反応区域から前記アルコール生成物の少なくとも一部を選択的に除去するステップと、を含み、
前記アルコール生成物の一部を除去する前記ステップが、反応平衡を移動させる、プロセス。 - 前記オレフィンを水和してアルコールを生成することが、請求項1に記載の反応器内で生じる、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記オレフィンが、2〜6個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンから選択される、請求項6または7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記オレフィンが、3〜5個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンから選択される、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
