Abstract
Description
白金族金属、銀、金、またはそれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1種類の触媒活性金属と、
酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル、あるいはリン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルを含有する担体とを含む触媒であって、
担体は、酸化物の全重量、または酸化物とリン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルとの全重量を基準として、少なくとも65重量%の、酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル以外の酸化物を含有し、ニオブまたはタンタルの酸化物またはリン酸塩は、酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル以外の酸化物上に析出する、触媒にも関する。
シリカをオーブン中160℃で終夜乾燥させた。窒素フラッシングを取り付けた3口フラスコ中に、300mLの乾燥n−ヘキサン(Aldrich、純度>99%)および6.23gのニオブエトキシド(Nb(OC2H5)5(Aldrich、99.95%))を投入した。得られた懸濁液を、機械的撹拌下で室温で維持した。19.69gの乾燥シリカをこのフラスコに加え、撹拌下で3時間維持した。ロータリーエバポレーターを使用して溶媒を減圧下で蒸発させた。得られた固体に100mLの脱塩水を加えた。得られた懸濁液に20mLの0.5M硝酸溶液をゆっくりと加えた。得られた担体を室温で終夜エージングし、次にロータリーエバポレーターを用いて減圧下で乾燥させた。得られた担体を脱塩水で洗浄し、160℃で24時間乾燥させた。
6.93gのニオブエトキシドおよび20gのSiO2を使用したことを除けば、実施例1のように触媒を調製した。
1gの塩化パラジウム溶液(Pdが19.9重量%)を19gの脱塩水で希釈した。得られた溶液を20gのシリカと接触させた。得られた触媒を75℃で終夜乾燥させた。水素および窒素の混合物の影響下125℃で8時間、パラジウムを還元した。Pd含有量をICP−OESによって測定すると、0.91重量%となった。
ニオブ酸上に2重量%Pdを含有する触媒を外部供給元より入手した。
シリカをオーブン中160℃で終夜乾燥させた。窒素フラッシングを取り付けた3口フラスコ中に、300mLの乾燥n−ヘキサン(Aldrich、純度>99%)および8.38gのニオブエトキシド(Nb(OC2H5)5(Aldrich、99.95%))を投入した。得られた懸濁液を、機械的撹拌下で室温で維持した。24.81gの乾燥シリカをこのフラスコに加え、撹拌下で3時間維持した。ロータリーエバポレーターを使用して溶媒を減圧下で蒸発させた。得られた固体に125mLの脱塩水を加えた。得られた懸濁液に30mLの0.5M硝酸溶液をゆっくりと加えた。得られた担体を室温で終夜エージングし、次にロータリーエバポレーターを用いて減圧下で乾燥させた。得られた担体を脱塩水で洗浄し、160℃で24時間乾燥させた。
2.6589gのオルトリン酸、および実施例1で調製した25.06gの担体を使用したことを除けば、実施例3のように触媒を調製した。
380mLのHastelloy B22反応器中に、メタノール(220g)と、臭化水素(35ppm)と、実施例1および2ならびに比較例1および2で得た2.06gの触媒とを投入した。反応器を5℃に冷却し、使用圧力を50バールにした(窒素の導入によって得た)。水素(3.6mol%)/酸素(25.0mol%)/窒素(71.4mol%)の気体混合物を反応時間の間中、反応器にフラッシングした。全流量は2567mlN/分であった。
380mLのHastelloy B22反応器中に、メタノール(220g)と、臭化水素(35ppm)と、実施例4で得た1.91gの触媒とを投入した。反応器を5℃に冷却し、使用圧力を50バールにした(窒素の導入によって得た)。水素(3.6mol%)/酸素(55.0mol%)/窒素(41.4mol%)の気体混合物を反応時間の間中、反応器にフラッシングした。全流量は3975mlN/分であった。
実施例1で説明した処方に従って担体を調製した。得られた担体を空気下450℃で8時間焼成した(温度上昇2℃/分)。次に担体に、実施例1の触媒に関して記載したようにPdCl2を含浸させ、水素/窒素混合物の影響下、175℃で20時間還元した。
シリカをオーブン中160℃で終夜乾燥させた。
酸化タンタルを主成分とする触媒をインシピエントウェットネス法によって調製した:0.5gのPdCl2を10mlの脱塩水(数滴のHClの存在下)中に溶解させた。得られた溶液を19gのTa2O5と接触させた。触媒を95℃で終夜乾燥させた。
実施例8の触媒は、BETによって測定した表面積が308m2/gである。SEMによって測定した粒子の直径は100〜200ミクロンの間であった。
Claims (15)
- 白金族金属、銀、金、またはそれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1種類の触媒活性金属と、
酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル、あるいはリン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルを含有する担体とを含む触媒であって、
前記担体は、酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル以外の酸化物を、前記酸化物の全重量、あるいは前記酸化物と前記リン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルとの全重量を基準として、少なくとも65重量%含有し、前記酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル、あるいはリン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルは、酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル以外の酸化物の上に析出される、触媒。 - 前記触媒活性金属が、白金族金属、好ましくはパラジウム、またはパラジウムと別の金属との組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- それぞれ前記酸化物の全重量を基準として、前記担体が、60〜95重量%の前記酸化ニオブおよび酸化タンタル以外の酸化物を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- 前記酸化ニオブおよび酸化タンタル以外の酸化物が、シリカ、アルミナ、酸化チタン、酸化バリウム、酸化ジルコニウム、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記酸化ニオブおよび酸化タンタル以外の酸化物がシリカを含む、請求項4に記載の触媒。
- 前記白金族金属、銀、金、またはそれらの混合物が、前記担体の重量を基準として0.001〜10重量%、好ましくは0.1〜5重量%、最も好ましくは0.4〜3重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記担体を前記金属のハロゲン化物の溶液に浸漬し、続いて還元することによって、前記白金族金属、銀、または金を堆積することで得ることができる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記還元が、還元剤、好ましくは気体水素の存在下で行われる、請求項7に記載の触媒。
- 前記担体が非晶質構造を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 20m2/gを超え、好ましくは100m2/gを超えるBET値を示す、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 過酸化水素の製造における、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒の使用。
- 反応器中、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒の存在下で水素および酸素を反応させるステップを含む、過酸化水素の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒の製造方法であって:
(i)酸化ニオブおよび酸化タンタル以外の酸化物に、酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタルの前駆体、あるいはリン酸ニオブまたはリン酸リン酸タンタルを加えて、均一混合物を形成するステップと、
(ii)酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタルの前記前駆体、あるいはリン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルの前記前駆体を、それぞれ酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタル、あるいはリン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルに転化させて、担体を生成するステップと、
(iii)白金族金属、銀、金、またはそれらの混合物を前記担体上に堆積するステップとを含む、方法。 - 酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタルの前記前駆体が、ニオブまたはタンタルのアルコキシレート、好ましくはニオブエトキシドまたはタンタルエトキシドである、請求項13に記載の触媒の製造方法。
- リン酸ニオブまたはリン酸タンタルの前記前駆体が、酸化ニオブまたは酸化タンタルである、請求項13に記載の触媒の製造方法。
