Description
20.14gのSilicycleトシル酸(R60530B)を、1Lのガラス反応器に入れた。300mlの高純度アセトンを固体に加えた。懸濁液を室温で約250rpmで機械的に攪拌した。
試料調製:モルタル中で粉砕(グラインド)しておいた粉末の圧縮タブレットとして調製した試料。試料は測定まで密閉バイアルに保管しておく。
分光計:Phi VersaProbe5000
チャンバ真空:1.10−9トル
X−線源:単色Al Kalpha(E=1486.6eV)
X−線電力:50W
ビーム電圧:15000V
分析領域:直径200μm
電荷中和:アルゴンイオン源(2.4eV、20mA)
通過エネルギー:調査については117.4eV、高解像度スキャンについては23.5eV
走査時間:X−線ラインに応じて14分〜250分、Pd3dについては、235分〜250分
結合エネルギー参照:炭素(285eV)
バックグラウンド除去:Shirley
Pd3dフィッティング:混合ガウスローレンツライン、ガウス割合は70%〜100%の範囲
Pd3d(5/2)ピークを335.9eVと337.8eV付近に位置する2つの成分によりフィッティングし、金属(または水素化)Pdおよび酸化パラジウムをそれぞれ割り当てた。
触媒A
触媒Aを上述した一般処方に記載したとおりにして調製した。
触媒担持Pd量は0.59%重量であった。
XPS分析を行った。
結果は相対%である。
触媒Bを触媒Aと同様の条件で調製した。違いは以下のことだけである。
・Silicycleと酢酸Pd溶液の接触時間:4時間でなく一晩
・乾燥温度:60℃でなく75℃
触媒担持Pd量は0.49%重量であった。
触媒Cを触媒Aと同様の条件で調製した。違いは、触媒の水素化条件だけであった:触媒Cは200℃で24時間水素化した。
触媒担持Pd量は0.51%重量であった。
XPS分析を行った。
結果は相対%である。
触媒Dを上述した一般処方に記載したとおりにして調製した。
乾燥温度が85℃であったのが唯一の違いであった。
触媒担持Pd量は0.67%重量であった。
触媒Eを、触媒Aと同様の条件で調製した。違いは、水素化条件だけであった:触媒Eは120℃で3時間、高水素流で水素化した。
触媒担持Pd量は0.49%重量であった。
XPS分析を行った。
結果は相対%である。
触媒Fを、触媒Aと同様の条件で調製した。違いは、触媒の水素化を行わなかっただけであった。
触媒担持Pd量は0.73%重量であった。
触媒G、を触媒Aと同様の条件で調製した。150℃で水素化したが、異なる比率のPd0/PdIIを得るために違う時間とした。
触媒担持Pd量は0.50%重量であった。
XPS分析を行った。
結果は相対%である。
380ccのHastelloyB22反応器に、メタノール(220g)、臭化水素(25ppm)および触媒(5.97g)を入れた。
Claims (6)
- 過酸化水素の直接合成のための触媒を調製する方法であって、OH基以外の酸基によりグラフト化されたSiO 2 である担体材料を、パラジウム塩の溶液と接触させた後、堆積させるパラジウムの総量を基準として、前記担体に堆積した触媒的パラジウムの1重量%〜70重量%を還元する、方法。
- 存在するパラジウムの総量を基準として、10重量%〜40重量%のパラジウムが、還元形態で存在する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パラジウムの量が、還元形態のパラジウムとして、前記担体材料の総重量を基準として計算すると、0.001重量%〜10重量%である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸基が、スルホン、ホスホン、カルボキシル基およびこれらの混合物から選択される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記担体材料がパラトルエンスルホン基でグラフトされたシリカである請求項4に記載の方法。
- 過酸化水素の直接合成を触媒するための請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる触媒の使用。
