Claims (3)
- 液状物質を噴霧するスプレーポンプにおいて、
中央に通孔(111)が形成されているアンダーキャップ(110)と;
前記アンダーキャップ(110)の前記通孔(111)に結合され、内側にステム設置孔(121)が形成されているオーバーキャップ(120)と;
前記オーバーキャップ(120)の下部に結合され、下側に吸入通孔が形成されており、前記吸入通孔の上側の内部底面には吸入方向のみに流体の流れを許容するチェックバルブ(132)が安着されて設置されるシリンダーハウジング(130)と;
前記オーバーキャップ(120)の前記ステム設置孔(121)を貫通して設置され、中央は上下に貫通されているステム(140)と;
前記オーバーキャップ(120)と前記ステム(140)の外周縁との間に設置される主スプリング(145)と;
前記ステム(140)の下側に嵌合され、中心軸には、上側は開放され、下側は塞がられている流体通過孔(151)が形成されており、前記流体通過孔(151)の下部側面に2つ以上の側面通過孔(152)が形成されているピストンロッド(150)と;
前記ピストンロッド(150)の下側に上下に移動可能に設置されて、下降位置では前記側面通過孔(152)を閉鎖させ、上昇位置では前記側面通過孔(152)を開放させ、外周縁が前記シリンダーハウジング(130)の内面に密着される第1シールキャップ(160)と;
前記第1シールキャップ(160)の上側に前記ピストンロッド(150)に結合され、その外周縁が前記シリンダーハウジング(130)の内面に密着される第2シールキャップ(170)と;
前記第2シールキャップ(170)と前記第1シールキャップ(160)との間に設置される内部スプリング(175)と;
前記シリンダーハウジング(130)の側面壁に形成され、前記第1シールキャップ(160)の上死点上側且つ前記第2シールキャップ(170)の下死点下側に位置する第1漏液排出孔(135)と;
前記シリンダーハウジング(130)の側面壁に形成されて、前記第2シールキャップ(170)の上死点下側に位置する第2漏液排出孔(136)と;
前記ステム(140)の上側に結合され、側方に連通される噴射通路(191)が形成された噴射ボタン(190)と;
前記噴射通路の排出口に結合される噴射ノズル部材(192)と;を含んで構成されることを特徴とするスプレーポンプ(100)。 - 前記ステム(140)は上側外周縁に沿ってスプリング係止突起(141)がさらに形成されており、
前記主スプリング(145)は前記オーバーキャップ(120)の上面と前記スプリング係止突起(141)との間に設置され、
前記噴射ボタン(190)が通過することができる開口部(196)が上側に形成され、前記アンダーキャップ(110)に結合される外部カバー(195)をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレーポンプ(100)。 - 前記噴射ノズル部材(192)は透明または半透明材質で製作され、前記噴射ノズル部材(192)の噴射角度によって色を異なるようにする噴射ノズル連結部材(193)が前記噴射通路(191)と前記噴射ノズル部材(192)との間にさらに挿入されて設置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のスプレーポンプ(100)。
