Abstract

本发明公开了一种喷雾泵装置,包括有封杯,其特征在于:在所述封杯内设有泵体组件,在所述泵体组件上部设有能驱动泵体组件工作的按钮,所述泵体组件包括有泵室,在所述泵室内设有泵杆组件,在所述泵室下端设有单向阀,在所述单向阀下端的泵室上连接有能360°引液的万向座机构。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,生产成本低,能多角度引液,起泵快,喷出量相对稳定,喷雾泵装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷雾泵装置。
背景技术
喷雾泵由于其设计精美,使用方便,已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。但是现有的喷雾泵结构复杂,制作难度大,生产成本高,现有的喷雾泵一般都只能在一个方向上使用,使用方式不能满足使用者的需求。
另外,由于现有的喷雾泵设计上的缺陷,在使用过程中存在起泵相对较慢,喷出量相对不够稳定等缺点。不能满足使用者的需求。
故此,现有的喷雾泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,生产成本低,能多角度引液,起泵快,喷出量相对稳定,喷雾泵装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种喷雾泵装置,包括有封杯,其特征在于:在所述封杯内设有泵体组件,在所述泵体组件上部设有能驱动泵体组件工作的按钮,所述泵体组件包括有泵室,在所述泵室内设有泵杆组件,在所述泵室下端设有单向阀,在所述单向阀下端的泵室上连接有能360°引液的万向座机构。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述的万向座引液机构包括有万向座,在所述万向座内设有引液内腔,在所述万向座上方设有与引液内腔相连通的连接口,所述泵室下端插接在连接口内,在所述万向座上方设有与引液内腔相连通的呼吸口,在所述呼吸口内设有泵珠,在所述万向座下方设有与引液内腔相连通的引液口,在所述引液口上设有引液管。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述的单向阀包括有阀体,在所述阀体下方设有能封闭泵室下端通道的封堵头,在所述封堵头外侧的阀体上设有通孔。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述泵杆组件包括设置在锁紧盖内的上泵杆,在所述上泵杆上设有限位台阶,所述限位台阶上部的上泵杆伸出封杯,所述限位台阶下部的上泵杆设置在封杯内,所述按钮连接在上泵杆上,在所述限位台阶下方的上泵杆外壁上套设有活塞,在所述活塞与限位台阶之间设有副弹簧,所述的副弹簧套设在上泵杆上,在所述上泵杆下方的泵室内设有下泵杆,在所述泵室下部设有定位台阶在所述下泵杆与定位台阶之间设有主弹簧,所述单向阀设置在在所述泵室下部。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述泵室包括有第一泵区,在所述第一泵区下方设有第二泵区,第二泵区的内径小于第一泵区的内径,在所述第一泵区与第二泵区之间设有第一连接部,在所述第二泵区下端连接有第三泵区,所述第三泵区的内径小于所述第二泵区内径,在所述第二泵区与第三泵区之间设有第二连接部,所述定位台阶设置在所述第三泵区下方。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述封杯包括有封杯座,在所述封杯座上端面上设有外凸连接部,在所述外凸连接部中间设有安装孔,所述上泵杆设置在安装孔内。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述下泵杆包括有能插入上泵杆内腔的下泵杆体,在所述下泵杆体下端上设有密封头。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于在所述泵室上端内壁设有环形台阶,在所述锁紧盖外壁上设有环形卡位,所述环形卡位卡接在环形台阶上。
如上所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于在所述封杯内设有垫片。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
一、本发明结构简单,在泵体组件下方设有能360°引液的万向座机构,使得本发明在使用过程中可在360度方向任何角度情况下使用,使用方便。
二、本发明中泵体组件采用双弹簧设计,使得本发明喷雾器起泵快,喷出量稳定。
三、本发明中单向阀结构能够实现单向流动,按压时保证密封,回弹簧时靠大气压作用可打开吸液。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至10所示的一种喷雾泵装置,包括有封杯1,在所述封杯1内设有泵体组件2,在所述泵体组件2上部设有能驱动泵体组件2工作的按钮3,所述泵体组件2包括有泵室21,在所述泵室21内设有泵杆组件22,在所述泵室21下端设有单向阀23,在所述单向阀23下端的泵室21上连接有能360°引液的万向座机构4。本发明在使用过程中可在360度方向任何角度情况下使用,使用方便。
如图1、2、3、5和7所示,本发明中所述的万向座引液机构4包括有万向座41,在所述万向座41内设有引液内腔42,在所述万向座41上方设有与引液内腔42相连通的连接口43,所述泵室21下端插接在连接口43内,在所述万向座41上方设有与引液内腔42相连通的呼吸口44,在所述呼吸口44内设有泵珠45,在所述万向座41下方设有与引液内腔42相连通的引液口46,在所述引液口46上设有引液管47。
如图3和5所示,本发明所述的单向阀23包括有阀体231,在所述阀体231下方设有能封闭泵室21下端通道的封堵头232,在所述封堵头232外侧的阀体231上设有通孔233。
如图4所示,所述泵杆组件22包括设置在锁紧盖221内的上泵杆222,在所述上泵杆222上设有限位台阶223,所述限位台阶223上部的上泵杆222伸出封杯1,所述限位台阶223下部的上泵杆222设置在封杯1内,所述按钮3连接在上泵杆222上,在所述限位台阶223下方的上泵杆222外壁上套设有活塞224,在所述活塞224与限位台阶223之间设有副弹簧225,所述的副弹簧225套设在上泵杆222上,在所述上泵杆222下方的泵室21内设有下泵杆226,在所述泵室21下部设有定位台阶227,在所述下泵杆226与定位台阶227之间设有主弹簧228,所述单向阀23设置在在所述泵室21下部。
如图10所示,本发明所述下泵杆226包括有能插入上泵杆222内腔的下泵杆体2261,在所述下泵杆体2261下端上设有密封头2262。
如图8所示,本发明中所述泵室21包括有第一泵区211,在所述第一泵区211下方设有第二泵区212,第二泵区212的内径小于第一泵区211的内径,在所述第一泵区211与第二泵区212之间设有第一连接部213,在所述第二泵区212下端连接有第三泵区214,所述第三泵区214的内径小于所述第二泵区212内径,在所述第二泵区212与第三泵区214之间设有第二连接部215,所述定位台阶210设置在所述第三泵区214下方。
如图9所示,本发明中所述封杯1包括有封杯座11,在所述封杯座11上端面上设有外凸连接部12,在所述外凸连接部12中间设有安装孔13,所述上泵杆25设置在安装孔13内。
本发明中在所述泵室21上端内壁设有环形台阶2111,在所述锁紧盖221外壁上设有环形卡位2211,所述环形卡位2211卡接在环形台阶2111上。在所述封杯1内设有垫片5。
本发明的工作原理:
1、按压按钮时,克服主弹簧弹力,按钮下移,因副弹簧弹力作用,活塞跟着一起下移,内腔气体被压缩,当活塞顶住泵室时,克服副弹簧弹力活塞与下泵杆密封位被打开,内腔气体将从此位置被排出;
2、松开按钮时,因主副弹簧作用,活塞与下泵杆迅速密封并一起回弹,内腔形成局部真空,在外界大气压作用下,将液体从引液管引进并冲开泵珠进入内腔;继续按压,因液体不可压缩性从而将液体通过上泵杆流经雾点形成雾状喷出;
3、万向座引液机构4可在360度方向摆动任何角度情况下使用。

1.一种喷雾泵装置,包括有封杯(1),其特征在于:在所述封杯(1)内设有泵体组件(2),在所述泵体组件(2)上部设有能驱动泵体组件(2)工作的按钮(3),所述泵体组件(2)包括有泵室(21),在所述泵室(21)内设有泵杆组件(22),在所述泵室(21)下端设有单向阀(23),在所述单向阀(23)下端的泵室(21)上连接有能360°引液的万向座引液机构(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述的万向座引液机构(4)包括有万向座(41),在所述万向座(41)内设有引液内腔(42),在所述万向座(41)上方设有与引液内腔(42)相连通的连接口(43),所述泵室(21)下端插接在连接口(43)内,在所述万向座(41)上方设有与引液内腔(42)相连通的呼吸口(44),在所述呼吸口(44)内设有泵珠(45),在所述万向座(41)下方设有与引液内腔(42)相连通的引液口(46),在所述引液口(46)上设有引液管(47)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述的单向阀(23)包括有阀体(231),在所述阀体(231)下方设有能封闭泵室(21)下端通道的封堵头(232),在所述封堵头(232)外侧的阀体(231)上设有通孔(233)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述泵杆组件(22)包括设置在锁紧盖(221)内的上泵杆(222),在所述上泵杆(222)上设有限位台阶(223),所述限位台阶(223)上部的上泵杆(222)伸出封杯(1),所述限位台阶(223)下部的上泵杆(222)设置在封杯(1)内,所述按钮(3)连接在上泵杆(222)上,在所述限位台阶(223)下方的上泵杆(222)外壁上套设有活塞(224),在所述活塞(224)与限位台阶(223)之间设有副弹簧(225),所述的副弹簧(225)套设在上泵杆(222)上,在所述上泵杆(222)下方的泵室(21)内设有下泵杆(226),在所述泵室(21)下部设有定位台阶(227),在所述下泵杆(226)与定位台阶(227)之间设有主弹簧(228),所述单向阀(23)设置在在所述泵室(21)下部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述泵室(21)包括有第一泵区(211),在所述第一泵区(211)下方设有第二泵区(212),第二泵区(212)的内径小于第一泵区(211)的内径,在所述第一泵区(211)与第二泵区(212)之间设有第一连接部(213),在所述第二泵区(212)下端连接有第三泵区(214),所述第三泵区(214)的内径小于所述第二泵区(212)内径,在所述第二泵区(212)与第三泵区(214)之间设有第二连接部(215),所述定位台阶(210)设置在所述第三泵区(214)下方。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述封杯(1)包括有封杯座(11),在所述封杯座(11)上端面上设有外凸连接部(12),在所述外凸连接部(12)中间设有安装孔(13),所述上泵杆(25)设置在安装孔(13)内,在所述封杯(1)内设有垫片(5)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种喷雾泵装置,其特征在于所述下泵杆(226)包括有能插入上泵杆(222)内腔的下泵杆体(2261),在所述下泵杆体(2261)下端上设有密封头(2262)。
