Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- タイヤ用のトレッドであって、前記トレッドは架橋性エラストマー組成物に基づくゴム組成物を含み、前記架橋性エラストマー組成物は、100重量部のゴム(phr)あたり:
高不飽和ジエンエラストマー;
95phr〜160phrの無機補強充填剤;
60phr〜130phrの、少なくとも25℃のTgを有する可塑化樹脂および可塑化液体を含む可塑化系;
1.7超のMA300/G*比を有するゴム組成物を提供するために0.02〜0.2に調節された硫黄対促進剤重量比を有する超効率的硫黄硬化系を含み、ここで、300%での前記伸び弾性率MA300が23℃で測定され、前記剪断弾性率G*が60℃で測定される、トレッド。 - 前記ゴム組成物が−35℃〜0℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1記載のトレッド。

- 60℃での前記剪断弾性率G*が0.5MPa〜1MPaである、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記無機補強充填剤が高分散性シリカである、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化樹脂の前記可塑化液体に対する比が4:1〜1:4である、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化樹脂の前記可塑化液体に対する比が2:1〜1:2である、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化樹脂が40℃〜85℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化樹脂がポリリモネン樹脂である、請求項10記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化液体がヒマワリ油、大豆油、ベニバナ油、コーン油、アマニ油、綿実油またはそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化液体が少なくとも80重量%のオレイン含有量を有する、請求項12記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化系が5phr〜70phrの前記可塑化液体を含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化系が5phr〜125phrの前記可塑化樹脂を含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
