Description

Claims (17)
- 架橋性ゴム組成物に基づくゴム組成物を含む、タイヤ用トレッドであって、前記架橋性ゴム組成物が、ゴム100重量部(phr)あたり、
50phr〜85phrの官能化スチレンブタジエン・ゴム(SBR)と15phr〜50phrのポリブタジエン・ゴムとの組み合わせから選択される100phrのゴム、ここで、前記官能化SBRは、活性部分として結合した官能基を含み、前記SBRのブタジエン部分は、30重量パーセント〜70重量パーセントのトランス−1,4−含有量を有する;
ガラス転移温度(Tg)が少なくとも25℃の可塑化用樹脂と、可塑化用液体とを含む可塑化系、ここで、可塑化用樹脂に対する可塑化用液体の比率は、0.1〜0.35であり、前記可塑化系は、前記ゴム組成物に−25℃〜−15℃のガラス転移温度と、60℃において、0.8MPa〜1.3MPaの動的係数G*を付与するのに有効な量で添加される;
60phr〜125phrのシリカ充填剤;及び
硫黄硬化系、
を含む、前記トレッド。 - 前記官能基がアミノ部分、シラノール部分、アルコキシシラン部分、カルボキシル部分、ポリエーテル部分またはこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載のトレッド。

- 前記官能基が前記SBRの鎖端に、前記SBRの鎖に沿って、またはこれらの組み合わせで結合されている、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記ブタジエン部分の前記トランス−1,4−含有量が35重量%〜55重量%である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記ブタジエン部分の前記トランス−1,4−含有量が37重量%〜43重量%である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化用樹脂がポリリモネン樹脂である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化用樹脂の量が40phr〜60phrである、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化用液体が少なくとも70重量%のオレイン酸含有量を含む植物油である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化用液体の量が5phr〜30phrである、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化用樹脂に対する前記可塑化用液体の比率が0.1〜0.25である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物の前記ガラス転移温度が−20℃〜−15℃である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記SBRの前記トランス−1,4−含有量が35重量%〜45重量%である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記シリカ充填剤の含有量が80phr〜110phrである、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物の前記動的係数G*が60℃において、0.8MPa〜1.2MPaである、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
