Abstract
Description
Toperative=α×Tair+(1−α)×Tradiant
で定義され、式中の係数αは対流からの熱的寄与を表している。その値は一般に0.4と0.5の間であり、これは放射温度が部屋の熱快適性に対して気温よりも大きくはないとしても同等に寄与することを意味している。
(a)0.50と0.995の間の開放多孔率を有する有機ポリマー発泡体製、又は単位面積当たりの質量が150g/m2と500g/m2の間のビスコース繊維不織布製の支持層、
(b)ISO 9053標準規格に従って測定して、105N・s・m-4と106N・s・m-4の間、好ましくは5×105N・s・m-4と8.5×105N・s・m-4の間、特に7×105N・s・m-4と8×105N・s・m-4の間の静的通気抵抗を有する、ガラス布帛で形成された表面層、
(c)支持層(a)と表面層(b)との界面にあり、単位面積当たりの質量が17g/m2と60g/m2の間の非連続性の接着剤層、

発泡支持体上のガラス布を説明する。
Silentway社により市販されている、密度が10kg/m3で静的通気抵抗率が1.6×104N・s・m-4のメラミン発泡体を、単位面積当たりの質量が220g/m2で静的通気抵抗率が7.7×105N・s・m-4の塗装可能なガラス布に積層する。
ビスコース不織布支持体上のガラス布を説明する。
線密度3.3dtexのビスコース繊維から構成される不織布を製造する。この不織布は、厚さ(標準規格E10 D45 1195により13.8kPaの圧力で測定する)がおよそ2.8mmであり、単位面積当たりの質量が250g/m2である(モルトンA)。
Claims (16)
- (a)開放多孔率が0.50と0.995の間、好ましくは0.80と0.97の間、特に0.83と0.96の間、更にとりわけ0.87と0.95の間である有機ポリマー発泡体で形成されているか、又は、単位面積当たりの質量が150g/m2と500g/m2の間、好ましくは200g/m2と500g/m2の間、特に200g/m2と300g/m2の間であるビスコース繊維不織布で形成されている、支持層、
(b)ISO 9053標準規格に従って測定して、105N・s・m-4と106N・s・m-4の間、好ましくは5×105N・s・m-4と8.5×105N・s・m-4の間、特に7×105N・s・m-4と8×105N・s・m-4の間の静的通気抵抗を有する、ガラス布帛で形成された表面層、
(c)支持層(a)と表面層(b)との間の界面にあり、単位面積当たりの質量が17g/m2と60g/m2の間、好ましくは20g/m2と40g/m2の間、特に21g/m2と30g/m2の間、理想的には22g/m2と27g/m2の間である、非連続性の接着剤層、
を含む、全厚が1.5mmと3.3mmの間、好ましくは1.7mmと3.0mmの間である多層構造体。 - 前記支持層が有機ポリマー発泡体であり、10kg/m3と120kg/m3の間、好ましくは30kg/m3と100kg/m3の間、特に50kg/m3と90kg/m3の間の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の多層構造体。
- 前記支持層(a)が、ISO 9053標準規格に従って測定して、13000N・s・m-4と50000N・s・m-4の間、好ましくは13000N・s・m-4と20000N・s・m-4の間、特に14000N・s・m-4と18000N・s・m-4の間の静的通気抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の多層構造体。
- 前記支持層(a)がビスコース繊維不織布であり、当該ビスコース繊維の線密度が1dtexと20dtexの間、好ましくは2dtexと10dtexの間、特に3dtexと8dtexの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の多層構造体。
- 前記支持層(a)が、少なくとも75wt%、好ましくは少なくとも80wt%、特に少なくとも90%のビスコース繊維と、25重量%以下、好ましくは20Wt%以下、特に10wt%以下の合成繊維とを含有しており、これらの割合は当該ビスコース繊維と合成繊維の合計に基づくものであることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の多層構造体。
- 前記合成繊維が好ましくはポリオレフィン繊維とポリエステル繊維とから選ばれる熱可塑性ポリマー繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の多層構造体。
- 前記接着剤層(c)が、前記支持層(a)を形成するポリマーの軟化点よりも少なくとも10℃、好ましくは少なくとも15℃、理想的には少なくとも20℃低い軟化点を有するホットメルト接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記接着剤層(c)が、(a)層と(b)層との界面全体に均等に広がる点及び/又は線の網状組織からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記表面層(b)がガラス布又はガラス繊維不織布であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記表面層(b)が80g/m2と450g/m2の間、好ましくは100g/m2と300g/m2の間、特に120g/m2と250g/m2の間の単位面積当たりの質量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記支持層(a)の前記表面層(b)に接触している面と反対側の面に接着結合されていて、好ましくは水蒸気透過性である、下層(d)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記表面層(b)に塗布した塗料の上層(e)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 390W/(m2・K・s1/2)未満、好ましくは200W/(m2・K・s1/2)未満の熱浸透率と、0.9×107m2/sと5×107m2/sの間、好ましくは0.9×107m2/sと2×107m2/sの間の熱拡散率とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の構造体を部屋又は建物の1以上の内壁へ、好ましくは接着結合により、取り付けることを含む、部屋又は建物の音響快適性と熱快適性を向上させるための方法。
- 有機ポリマー発泡構造体又はビスコース繊維不織布と、ホットメルト接着剤のウェブと、ガラス布帛とを重ね合わせ、次いでこのように形成した少なくとも3つの層を含む構造体を前記ホットメルト接着剤の軟化点に少なくとも等しい温度に加熱することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の製造方法。
- ・ビスコース繊維不織布もしくは有機ポリマー発泡構造体、及び/又はガラス布帛に、規則的又はランダムなパターンでもって接着組成物を塗布すること、
・前記ガラス布帛を前記ガラス繊維不織布もしくは有機ポリマー発泡構造体に接着結合させるよう、前記ビスコース繊維不織布もしくは有機ポリマー発泡構造体を前記ガラス布帛と接触させること、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の製造方法。
