Description
(a)0.50と0.995との間の開放多孔率を有する有機ポリマー発泡体製の支持層、
(b)ISO 9053規格に従って測定して、105N・s・m-4と106N・s・m-4との間、好ましくは5×105N・s・m-4と8.5×105N・s・m-4との間、特に7×105N・s・m-4と8×105N・s・m-4との間の静的通気抵抗を有する、ガラス布帛で形成された表面層、
(c)支持層(a)と表面層(b)との界面にあり、17g/m2と60g/m2との間の表面密度を有する非連続性の接着層。
Carpenter社で、呼称Agglo80で販売している、0.93の開放多孔率、80kg/m3の密度及び1.6×104N・s・m-4の静的通気抵抗を有する、凝集した発泡体粒子を基礎材料とするポリウレタン発泡体を、220g/m2の表面密度及び7.7×105N・s・m-4の静的通気抵抗を有する塗装可能なガラス布に積層する。この積層は、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)コア及びPETの単独ポリマー製の中心部の軟化点よりも低い軟化点を有するcoPETコポリマーシェルを備えたバイコンポーネント繊維で構成されるホットメルト接着剤のウェブを使用して行う。ホットメルト接着剤のウェブは25g/m2の表面密度を有する。3つの層を互いに重ね合わせ、その組み立て品をおよそ0.5barのカレンダリング圧力の下、およそ90℃の温度で加熱することで接着接合する。得られた三層構造体は5mmの全厚を有する。次いでそれを、ビニル接着剤(Henkel社からのOvalit Ultra)を使用してBA13石膏ボードに接着接合させ、サテンアクリル塗料(150g/m2)で塗装する。10.80m2の表面を残響室における試験(NF EN ISO 354)のために使用して、NF EN ISO 11654に従って計算した吸収係数は、この三層構造体をクラスDに分類することを可能とする0.3である。
25g/m2の表面密度を有する接着剤のウェブを使用せずに、理想的な表面密度を有する接着剤の格子を使用する点を除いて、上記の被覆Aの生産の手順を繰り返す。
ポリウレタン発泡体粒子を基礎材料とする発泡体を、FoamPartner社により、Basotec(商標)という呼称で販売されているおよそ10kg/m3の密度を有するメラミン発泡体に置き換える点を除いて、上記の被覆Aの生産の手順を繰り返す。
グラファイト粒子(10重量%未満)を充填したポリウレタンフォームを使用する点を除いて、上記の被覆Aの生産の手順を繰り返す。
難燃剤(80kg/m3)を浸み込ませたポリウレタン発泡体Aを使用する点を除いて、上記の被覆Aの生産の手順を繰り返す。それゆえ、この難燃性発泡体は160kg/m3の総重量を有する。
ポリウレタン発泡体粒子を基礎材料とする発泡体を、SilentWay社により販売されているおよそ10kg/m3の密度を有するメラミン発泡体に置き換える点を除いて、上記の被覆Aの生産の手順を繰り返す。この発泡体は被覆の全厚が3mmとなるような厚さを有する。
25g/m2の表面密度を有する接着剤のウェブを、同一の化学的性質を有するが16g/m2の表面密度を有する接着剤(PET/coPET)のウェブに置き換える点を除いて、上記の被覆Aの生産の手順を繰り返す。
この例はこれまでの例に使用したものと同一のガラス繊維布、25g/m2の塗布量の接着剤についての数値モデリングにより得られた結果を示すが、発泡体は0.3の多孔率を有する。
本発明の実施態様の一部を以下の項目〈1〉−〈13〉に記載する。
〈1〉 (a)0.50と0.995との間、好ましくは0.80と0.97との間、特に0.83と0.96との間、さらに特に0.87と0.95との間の開放多孔率を有する有機ポリマー発泡体製の支持層と、
(b)ISO 9053規格に従って測定して、10 5 N・s・m -4 と10 6 N・s・m -4 との間、好ましくは5×10 5 N・s・m -4 と8.5×10 5 N・s・m -4 との間、特に7×10 5 N・s・m -4 と8×10 5 N・s・m -4 との間の静的通気抵抗を有する、ガラス布帛で形成された表面層と、
(c)支持層(a)と表面層(b)との間の界面にあり、17g/m 2 と60g/m 2 との間、好ましくは20g/m 2 と40g/m 2 との間、特に21g/m 2 と30g/m 2 との間、理想的には22g/m 2 と27g/m 2 との間の表面密度を有する非連続性の接着層、
とを含む、3.5mmと6mmとの間の全厚を有する多層構造体。
〈2〉 前記支持層が、10kg/m 3 と120kg/m 3 との間、好ましくは30kg/m 3 と100kg/m 3 との間であり、特に50kg/m 3 と90kg/m 3 との間の密度を有することを特徴とする、項目1に記載の多層構造体。
〈3〉 前記支持層(a)が、ISO 9053規格に従って測定して、10000N・s・m -4 と60000N・s・m -4 との間、好ましくは13000N・s・m -4 と50000N・s・m -4 との間、特に14000N・s・m -4 と40000N・s・m -4 との間の静的通気抵抗を有することを特徴とする、項目1又は2に記載の多層構造体。
〈4〉 前記接着層(c)が、前記支持層(a)を形成するポリマーの軟化点よりも少なくとも10℃、好ましくは少なくとも15℃、理想的には少なくとも20℃低い軟化点を有するホットメルト接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、項目1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
〈5〉 前記接着層(c)が、(a)層と(b)層との界面全体に均等に広がる点及び/又は線のネットワークから成ることを特徴とする、項目1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
〈6〉 前記表面層(b)が、ガラス布又は不織布であることを特徴とする、項目1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
〈7〉 前記表面層(b)が80g/m 2 と450g/m 2 との間、好ましくは100g/m 2 と300g/m 2 との間、特に150g/m 2 と250g/m 2 との間の表面密度を有することを特徴とする、項目1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
〈8〉 前記支持層(a)の前記表面層(b)に接触している面と反対側の面に接着接合されており、好ましくは水蒸気透過性の下層(d)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、項目1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
〈9〉 前記表面層(b)に塗布した塗料の上層(e)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、項目1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
〈10〉 4.0mmと5.5mmとの間の全厚を有することを特徴とする、項目1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
〈11〉 好ましくは接着接合による、部屋又は建物の1以上の内面への項目1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の取り付けを含む、該部屋又は該建物の音響快適性の向上のための方法。
〈12〉 有機ポリマー発泡構造体、ホットメルト接着剤のウェブ及びガラス布帛を重ね合わせ、次いで、このように形成した少なくとも3つの層を含む構造体を少なくとも前記ホットメルト接着剤の軟化点に等しい温度まで加熱することを含むことを特徴とする、項目1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の製造方法。
〈13〉 接着組成物を規則的又は不規則なパターンで有機ポリマー発泡構造体及び/又はガラス布帛に塗布し、前記ガラス布帛を前記有機ポリマー発泡構造体にしっかりと接着接合させるため、前記有機ポリマー発泡構造体を前記ガラス布帛に接触させることを含むことを特徴とする、項目1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の製造方法。
Claims (13)
- (a)0.50と0.995との間の開放多孔率を有する有機ポリマー発泡体製の支持層と、
(b)ISO 9053規格に従って測定して、105N・s・m-4と106N・s・m-4との間の静的通気抵抗を有する、ガラス布帛で形成された表面層と、
(c)支持層(a)と表面層(b)との間の界面にあり、17g/m2と60g/m2との間の表面密度を有する非連続性の接着層、
とを含む、3.5mmと6mmとの間の全厚を有する多層構造体。 - 前記支持層が、10kg/m3と120kg/m3との間の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記支持層(a)が、ISO 9053規格に従って測定して、10000N.s.m-4と60000N・s・m-4との間の静的通気抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記接着層(c)が、前記支持層(a)を形成するポリマーの軟化点よりも少なくとも10℃低い軟化点を有するホットメルト接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記接着層(c)が、(a)層と(b)層との界面全体に均等に広がる点及び/又は線のネットワークから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記表面層(b)が、ガラス布又はガラス不織布であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記表面層(b)が80g/m2と450g/m2との間の表面密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記支持層(a)の前記表面層(b)に接触している面と反対側の面に接着接合されている下層(d)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記表面層(b)に塗布した塗料の上層(e)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 4.0mmと5.5mmとの間の全厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体。
- 部屋又は建物の1以上の内面への請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の取り付けを含む、該部屋又は該建物の音響快適性の向上のための方法。
- 有機ポリマー発泡構造体、ホットメルト接着剤のウェブ及びガラス布帛を重ね合わせ、次いで、このように形成した少なくとも3つの層を含む構造体を少なくとも前記ホットメルト接着剤の軟化点に等しい温度まで加熱することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の製造方法。
- 接着組成物を規則的又は不規則なパターンで有機ポリマー発泡構造体及び/又はガラス布帛に塗布し、前記ガラス布帛を前記有機ポリマー発泡構造体に接着接合させるため、前記有機ポリマー発泡構造体を前記ガラス布帛に接触させることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構造体の製造方法。
