Опис винаходу Корисна модель відноситься до будівельної справи і може бути використана як будівельна конструкція при 2 зведенні будинків і споруд, а саме для виготовлення зовнішніх та внутрішніх конструкцій, будівельних перегородок, теплоізоляційних та несучих конструкцій, без особливих обмежень по висоті і в умовах, що характеризуються широким діапазоном негативних і позитивних значень температури та вологи навколишнього середовища. Відома будівельна конструкція, що являє собою просторовий блок, суміжні формотворні площини якого 70 розташовані під прямим кутом відносно одна одної, при цьому блок виконаний із суміші, що твердіє, наприклад бетону, при цьому блок однією з формотворних площин з'єднаний зі звукозолюючим елементом, виконаним, наприклад з пінопласту. Недоліками наведеної конструкції є складність виготовлення, трудомісткість при веденні монтажних робіт, досить велика вага, крім того використовуватись наведена конструкція може, переважно для проведення зовнішніх робіт. 19 Відома також штукатурна плита, що має гіпсову серцевину, з передньою і задньою поверхнями і покриваючу її папір-основу |див. патент РФ Мо2281860, МПК В32813/18І. Поставлене завдання вирішується тим, що у відомій будівельній плиті, яка має серцевину з газонаповненого пластмасу та внутрішній і зовнішній захисні шари, розташовані з обох сторін серцевини, згідно з корисною іо моделлю, принаймні зовнішній захисний шар виконано з будівельного крафтпаперу, або склотканини, або р тканини, або шкірозамінника, або пластику, або фанери, або алюмінієвої фольги.
