Figure 1 shows an insulating composite panel of polyurethane and fiberglass cloth.

Figure 2 shows an insulating com posite panel of polyisocyanurate and a decorative polymer coating.

Examples of implementation of the utility model

1.An exemplary embodiment of the utility model is shown in Figure 1.

In this case, the insulating composite panel consists of an insulation layer 1 made of polyurethane more than 20 mm thick and a bonding layer 2 made of fiberglass cloth no more than 2 mm thick. The two layers are glued together.

On the periphery of the panel are made two recesses respectively 4 and 5 to two adjacent sides and two teeth respectively 3 and 6 to opposite on these sides, which compensates for the lack of thermal fusion during installation.

2.Another exemplary embodiment of the insulating composite panel is shown in Figure 2.

In this case, the insulating layer 1 is made of polyisocyanurate more than 20 mm thick and the bonding layer is made of decorative polymer coating not more than 2 mm thick, with the decorative polymer coating extending beyond the dimensions of the polyisocyanurate by not more than 40 mm at two neighboring countries.

Application (use) of utility model

The technological equipment needed to use composite panels is the following: a model knife; 100 ml silicone cups; agitators; system dispenser; leveling and weighing system; scaffolding or platform; foam gun; airless glue spray machine; wallpaper for cutting wallpaper; machine for airless spray of facade paint.

The necessary raw materials and materials for the installation of composite panels are: system polyurethane foam - retainer; one-component polyurethane foam adhesive; polyurethane or epoxy adhesive; wallpaper for exterior application and cleaner. Preparation for mounting composite panels on a building facade involves: straightening scaffolding around the building or mounting a platform; dimensioning the facade and developing an action plan.

8%.Installation of composite panels starts from the corners. Clean the surface and crack the walls of dust, mud, splashes, grease stains and salting. After cleaning, the contaminated areas are washed and dried. Before washing with water, the grease spots are treated with a 2% hydrochloric acid solution. The salivation on the surface is completely removed. The places cleaned with salt are washed and dried to a humidity of not more than 8%.

Основата, особено при метални повърхности, трябва да е суха и чиста от масла като се ревизира целостта и товароносимостта на основата (особено при полагане по стени).In both cases, when applying a polyurethane adhesive with a strip gun on the back of the panel and the wall, the ambient temperature and that of the substrate must be between + 5 ° C and + 40 ° C. The substrate, especially on metal surfaces, must be dry and clean of oils, with a view to the integrity and load-bearing capacity of the substrate (especially when applied to walls).

Installation steps. The glue vial shakes for about 30 s, turns the hole down and screws into the polyurethane foam gun. The vial is kept upright during application. Composite sheets must be applied within a maximum of 10 minutes after the adhesive is applied. The adhesive tightening time depends on the temperature and humidity. Therefore, measure the humidity before starting the work process. In dry climates, the adhesive tightening time can be reduced by spraying water on polyurethane adhesive strips.

Before installing an adjacent panel, the side to be closed is covered with polyurethane adhesive immediately before installation.
