Description
Claims (8)
- シャフト(2)を備える外科用のシャフト器具(1)であって、
該シャフトの遠位端には、少なくとも一方が可動で取外し可能に取り付けられた分岐部(5)を有する開口装置(3)が配置され、
該シャフトの近位端には、前記開口装置(3)を操作するために可動に構成された少なくとも一つの握り部分(6)を備える取扱装置(4)が配置され、
遠位端には前記開口装置(3)が連結され、近位端には前記取扱装置(4)が連結され、
引張部材(11)及び管状の押圧部材(12)を有する伝達ロッド(7)が設けられ、
前記両方の部材(11、12)は、各端部で相互に接続され、
前記両方の部材(11、12)のうちの一方は、超弾性合金により形成された外科用のシャフト器具において、
前記押圧部材(12)は、超弾性合金により形成され、
前記引張部材(11)は、超弾性でない材料からなるロープまたはワイヤであることを特徴とする外科用のシャフト器具。 - 前記引張部材(11)は、前記押圧部材(12)内に配置され、且つ、前記押圧部材(12)と同心的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科用のシャフト器具。
- 前記伝達ロッド(7)の各端部には、前記開口装置(3)および前記取扱装置(4)との連結のために構成された連結片(8、9)が設けられ、
該連結片それぞれには、前記引張部材(11)が、高い引張強度で取り付けられるとともに、前記押圧部材(12)が押圧方向に突き合わされるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の外科用のシャフト器具。 - 前記押圧部材(12)は、両端が開口する管状に構成され、
該管の端部に、超弾性でない材料からなる前記連結片(8、9)が挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の外科用のシャフト器具。 - 前記引張部材(11)は、前記連結片(8、9)と固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の外科用のシャフト器具。
- 前記連結片(8、9)は、前記引張部材(11)により初期応力のもとで前記押圧部材(12)の各端部に向かって引っ張られるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の外科用のシャフト器具。
- 前記引張部材(11)は、マルチフィラメントを含む素材により形成されたロープであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の外科用のシャフト器具。
- 前記引張部材(11)は、高強度のアラミド繊維またはポリエチレン繊維を含む素材により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の外科用のシャフト器具。
