Claims (20)
- 流体調節器であって、
弁本体の流体流路内に配設される流体流れ制御部材であって、シートリングに対して移動して前記流体流路を通る流体の流れを調節する、流体流れ制御部材と、
前記流体流れ制御部材をアクチュエータに結合させる弁軸であって、前記流体流路の入口からの流体が、前記流れ制御部材の第1の側と、前記第1の側と反対側の前記流れ制御部材の第2の側との間で、前記流れ制御部材を横断して流れることを可能にし、前記流体流れ制御部材の圧力バランスを取ることを可能にする経路を有する、弁軸と、を含む流体調節器。 - 前記経路が、第1のパスと第2のパスとを含む、請求項1に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記第1のパスが、前記弁軸の長手方向軸に対して実質的に平行な軸を有する前記弁軸内の第1の穴を含み、前記第2のパスが、前記弁軸の前記長手方向軸に交差する軸を有する第2の穴を含む、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記シートリングを更に含み、前記流れ制御部材が、前記シートリングに対して移動するためのものであり、前記シートリングが前記流体流路のオリフィスを画定する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記シートリングの少なくとも一部分が、弾性環を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記シートリングが、金属材料から構成される第1の部分と、弾性材料から構成される第2の部分とを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記流れ制御部材が、ディスク保持器を介してディスクホルダーに結合される、金属材料から構成されるシーリングディスクを含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記ディスク保持器が、前記経路の開口に隣接する前記弁軸の端部にねじ込み式で係合し、前記流れ制御部材を前記弁軸に結合させる、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記経路と反対側の前記弁軸の端部が、前記アクチュエータに直接的に結合される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記アクチュエータを更に含み、前記アクチュエータが、第1及び第2のダイアフラム板を介して前記弁軸に結合するダイアフラムを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記第1のダイアフラム板が、前記第2のダイアフラム板の直径よりも大きい直径を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記弁座に結合したストレーナを更に含み、前記ストレーナが、不連続輪郭又は形状を形成する複数の弓形状の表面から構成される、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記弁軸にねじ込み式で結合した道程インジケータを更に含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記道程インジケータが、ダイアフラム板に隣接する前記弁軸の端部にねじ込み式で結合される、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 前記アクチュエータを更に含み、前記アクチュエータが、前記流れ制御部材の前記第2の側と流体連通するポートを含み、前記ポートが、パイロット操作器の供給ポートに、前記流路の前記入口から加圧された流体をもたらすためのものである、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 流体調節器であって、
弁本体によって画定された流体流路内に配設された流れ制御部材であって、前記流体流路内に配設されたシートリングの弾性座面に対して移動するためのものである金属シール面を有し、前記金属シール面がディスク保持器を介してディスクホルダーに結合されている、流れ制御部材と、
前記流れ制御部材をアクチュエータのダイアフラムに動作可能に結合させるための弁軸であって、前記流れ制御部材が、前記保持器を介して前記弁軸の第1の端部にねじ込み式に結合され、前記第1の端部と反対側の前記弁軸の第2端が、ダイアフラム板を介して前記アクチュエータの前記ダイアフラムに直接的に結合される、弁軸とを含む、流体調節器。 - 流体が前記流体流路の入り口と前記流体調節器のばね室との間を流れて、前記流れ制御部材の圧力バランスを取ることを可能にするための、前記弁軸の一部分を通る経路を更に含む、請求項16に記載の流体調節器。
- 前記アクチュエータを更に含み、前記アクチュエータが、第2のハウジング部分に結合した第1のハウジング部分を含み、前記第1及び第2のハウジング部分のそれぞれが前記ダイアフラムと前記内部表面との間の接触面積を増加させるために、湾曲した断面形状又は輪郭を有する内部表面を含む、請求項16〜17のいずれかに記載の流体調節器。
- 流体調節器であって、
流体調節器の流路を通る流体の流れを調節する手段であって、前記流体の流れを調節するための手段が、保持器を介してディスクホルダーに結合した金属シール面を含む、流体の流れを調節する手段と、
前記流体の流れを調節するための手段を起動させるための手段であって、前記起動させるための手段が、弁軸を介して前記調節する手段に動作可能に結合され、前記弁軸が前記流体の流れを調節する手段の圧力バランスを取るための手段を有する、起動させるための手段と、を含む流体調節器。 - 前記流体の流れを調節する手段を、前記保持器を介して弁軸の第1の端部に結合させるための第1の手段と、前記起動させるための手段を前記弁軸の第2の端部に結合させるための第2の手段を更に含み、前記結合させるための第1の手段が、前記結合させるための第2の手段とは異なる、流体調節器。
