Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの貫通孔を有する部品2つを取り外し可能に接続するボルト(10)であって、
引っ掛け手段(30)のための貫通開口を有するボルトハウジング(11)と、
前記ボルトハウジングの前記貫通開口に配設される引っ掛け手段と、
外側ねじ(24)を有するクランプ手段であって、前記引っ掛け手段の外側部分が前記貫通開口から突出するように、前記外側ねじ(24)は、前記ボルトハウジング(11)の内側ねじ(12)と噛み合い、クランプの際に、前記引っ掛け手段(20)を前記ボルトハウジング(11)から押圧する、前記ボルトハウジング(11)の内部に配置されたクランプ手段とを備え、
前記引っ掛け手段は、前記ボルトハウジングに捻られないように配設された少なくとも1つのスライド部品(30)で構成され、前記スライド部品(30)の前記外側の部分は、円錐台の側面部分の形状の支持面(31)または円環状の支持面を備えることを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1に記載のボルトにおいて、
前記支持面(31)がクランプされる相手部品と面状の形状接続を形成するような形状となっていることを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1または2に記載のボルトにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つのスライド部品(30)は、多角形状の断面を備えることを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のボルトにおいて、
前記スライド部品(30)は遊びを持って前記貫通開口に配設され、前記支持面(31)を介した力の印加が前記スライド部品(30)のクランプを生じることを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のボルトにおいて、
前記クランプ手段は、テーパー形状の終端部(25)を有するスピンドル(20)であり、前記スピンドル(20)のねじ込みの際に前記テーパー形状の終端部(25)は、前記スライド部品(30)を前記ボルトハウジング(11)から押し出すことを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のボルトにおいて、
球(1021)が前記ボルトハウジング(11)の内部に配設されており、前記クランプ手段の前記クランプ力は前記球を介して前記スライド部品(30)に伝達されることを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のボルトにおいて、
前記ボルト(10)は3つのスライド部品(30)を備え、前記3つのスライド部品は同心円状に約120°の間隔で3つの穴に配設されていることを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のボルトにおいて、
前記クランプ手段の一方の終端部(21)は、前記ボルトハウジングから突出し、前記ボルトハウジング(11)の前記スピンドル(20)の前記一方の終端部が前記ボルトハウジング(11)から突出する終端には、円周エッジ(15)が設けられていることを特徴とするボルト。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のボルトにおいて、
前記ボルトハウジング(11)は、その上側および下側の部分がそれぞれ円周溝を備え、前記円周溝にゴムリングまたは鋼製スナップリング(13,14)が配設されることを特徴とするボルト。 - 2つの部品を1つのボルトで取り外し可能に接続するクランプ装置であって、
請求項1乃至9に記載のボルト(10)と、
ねじ軸(46)と、
規格内側ねじ(44)が加工された、少なくとも1つの円形または長穴形状の規格貫通開口をそれぞれに備えた、第1の部品(40)および第2の部品(43)とを備え、
前記2つの部品は、前記2つの部品の前記ボルト(10)の前記貫通孔への差し込みおよびこれに続くボルトのクランプによって、あるいは前記ねじ軸(46)のねじ込みによって接続可能であることを特徴とするクランプ装置。 - 請求項10に記載のクランプ装置において、
さらに、ねじ直径を縮小するためのアダプタねじブッシュ(45)を少なくとも1つ備え、前記アダプタねじブッシュは、前記2つの部品の前記貫通開口の前記内側ねじ(44)にねじ込み可能であることを特徴とするクランプ装置。
