Description
Claims (17)
- ねじ込み式の工具(1)と工具ホルダ(2)とを備える工具装置であって、
前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)は、工具ヘッド(3)と、雄ねじ(5)および前記工具ヘッド(3)と前記雄ねじ(5)との間に位置づけられる支持領域を有する工具シャンク(4)とを含み、前記支持領域は、テーパ角度が異なる2つの円錐形軸受け面(6、8)により形成され、
前記2つの円錐形軸受け面(6、8)は、互いに直に隣接し、
前記支持領域は、前記工具ヘッド(3)に140゜から179゜までのテーパ角度で隣接する第1の円錐形軸受け面(6)と、1゜から90゜までのテーパ角度で隣接する第2の円錐形軸受け面(8)とによって形成され、
前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)のための工具ホルダ(2)は、雌ねじ(17)および前記工具ホルダ(2)の前側と前記雌ねじ(17)との間に位置づけられる支持領域を有するホルダ開口(16)を含み、前記支持領域は、テーパ角度が異なる2つの円錐形接触面(7、9)により形成され、
前記2つの円錐形接触面(7、9)は、互いに直に隣接し、
前記支持領域は、工具ホルダ(2)の前側に140゜から179゜までのテーパ角度で隣接する第1の円錐形接触面(7)と、1゜から90゜までのテーパ角度で隣接する第2の円錐形接触面(9)とによって形成されており、
前記第2の円錐形接触面(9)と前記第2の円錐形軸受け面(8)の小さいテーパ角度で工具ホルダ(2)におけるねじ込み式の工具(1)の優れたセンタリングを可能にし、前記第1の円錐形接触面(7)と前記第1の円錐形軸受け面(6)の大きいテーパ角度で、追加的なセンタリング、しかも工具ホルダ上の拡散力の大幅な低減を可能にすることを特徴とする工具装置。 - 前記第1の円錐形軸受け面(6)は、170゜のテーパ角度を有し、かつ前記第2の円錐形軸受け面は、10゜のテーパ角度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具装置。
- 前記第1の円錐形軸受け面(6)の直径は、前記ねじ込み式の工具のねじの進行方向に拡大される、または好ましくは減少されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の工具装置。
- 前記工具シャンク(4)上には、別の支持領域(11)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 前記別の支持領域(11)は、球形、円筒形または円錐形に設計されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の工具装置。
- 前記雄ねじ(5)は、前記工具シャンク(4)の自由端(10)へ向かって減少するねじ面高さを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 前記雄ねじ(5)は、台形、丸形、角形または円錐形のねじ山として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 前記工具シャンク(4)上には、前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)をクランプするためのグリッパ溝(13)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 前記第1の円錐形接触面(7)は、170゜のテーパ角度を有し、かつ前記第2の円錐形接触面(9)は、10゜のテーパ角度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具装置。
- 前記第1の円錐形接触面(7)の直径は、前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)のねじの進行方向に拡大される、または好ましくは減少されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は9に記載の工具装置。
- 前記ホルダ開口(16)の内端には、内部軸受け面が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1、9、又は10に記載の工具装置。
- 前記内部軸受け面は、円筒形、球形または円錐形の軸受け面(24)として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の工具装置。
- 前記雌ねじ(17)は、前記ホルダ開口(16)の内端へ向かって減少するねじ面高さを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、又は請求項9から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 前記雌ねじ(17)は、台形、丸形、角形または円錐形のねじ山として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1、又は請求項9から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)の前記ホルダのためのねじ込みインサート(25)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、又は請求項9から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 半径方向のボアホール(20)から外側へ少なくとも1つの開口(26)を介して前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)の方向へ案内される冷却液を偏向するために、外側にスリーブ(22)が位置づけられることを特徴とする、請求項1、又は請求項9から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の工具装置。
- 前記工具シャンク(4)上には、別の支持領域(11)が設けられ、
前記ホルダ開口(16)の内端には、内部軸受け面が設けられ、
前記内部軸受け面は、円筒形、球形または円錐形の軸受け面(24)として設計され、
前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)の前記別の支持領域(11)は、前記工具ホルダ(2)の前記軸受け面(24)に対して過剰部を有し、よって、前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)および前記工具ホルダ(2)の組立て中に前記ねじ込み式の工具(1)と前記工具ホルダ(2)との間に圧搾が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具装置。
