Claims (14)
- オブジェクト及び/又は人物及びそれによって行われ及び/又は実行されるジェスチャ及び/又は操作手順を非接触式に検出する装置であって、
前記装置(1)は、車両室内(2)に配置され、少なくとも1つの照明ユニット(5)、ディスプレイユニット(20)及び光検出ユニット(3)を備え、前記照明ユニット(5)は、少なくとも1つの赤外線レーザから形成されることを特徴とする、装置(1)。 - 前記光検出ユニット(3)は、少なくとも1つの光学センサ(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記光検出ユニット(3)は、3次元カメラシステムとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記光検出ユニット(3)によって距離測定のための飛行時間法が実行され得ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記光検出ユニット(3)は、ステレオカメラとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光学センサ(7)は、光混合検出器として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記光学センサ(7)は、前記3次元カメラシステム又は前記ステレオカメラに統合され、又はそれらに結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ディスプレイユニット(20)は、車両運転者の視野においてヘッドアップディスプレイとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- オブジェクト及び/又は人物及びそれによって行われ及び/又は実行されるジェスチャ及び/又は操作手順を非接触式に検出する方法であって、
オブジェクト及び/又は人物及び/又は前記人物によって行われ及び/又は実行されるジェスチャ及び/又は操作手順は、光検出ユニット(3)によって車両室内で3次元的に検出されることを特徴とする、方法。 - タッチセンサ式ディスプレイユニット(20)が装置(1)によってエミュレートされ、前記ディスプレイユニットは、前記ディスプレイユニットが車両運転者又は他の車両乗員(10)によって操作されるかどうかを区別するために容量性近接法のエミュレーションを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスプレイユニット(20)の仮想ディスプレイが、前記車両室内(2)の人物によって行われるアクション及び/又はジェスチャによって、操作され、特に、移動され、交換され、回転され及び/又は制御されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- ディスプレイユニット(20)において仮想画像を表示及び操作するための請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の装置の使用。
- ディスプレイユニット(20)において生成される仮想操作要素を操作するための請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の装置の使用。
- 望ましくない侵入に関して車両室内(2)及び/又は車両における開口部を監視及び保護するための請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の装置の使用。
