を含み、酸化ケイ素から本質的に作成される膜が、面4上で、第2のガラス基材の表面に対し、第2の低E膜多層において透明な導電性酸化物から作成される機能膜上に配置される、二重グレージングユニット。 - ガス充填キャビティによって隔てられた3つのガラス基材を結合させることによって得られる断熱特性を有する三重グレージングユニットであって、第1の基材がグレージングユニットの面1及び2を画定し、第2の基材がグレージングユニットの面3及び4を画定し、第3の基材がグレージングユニットの面5及び6を画定し、三重グレージングユニットが、
・少なくとも1つの機能性金属膜を含み、三重グレージングユニットの面4又は5に堆積される第1の低E膜多層、及び
・透明な導電性酸化物から作成される少なくとも1つの機能膜を含み、三重グレージングユニットの第3の基材の面6に堆積される第2の低E膜多層
を含み、酸化ケイ素から本質的に作成される膜が、面6上で、第3のガラス基材の表面に対し、第2の低E膜多層において透明な導電性酸化物から作成される機能膜上に配置される、三重グレージングユニット。 - 酸化ケイ素から本質的に作成される膜がTCO膜と接触している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 酸化ケイ素又は少なくとも90wt%のSiO2を含む酸化物の膜が、第2の低E膜多層の最も外側の膜である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 酸化ケイ素又は少なくとも90wt%のSiO2を含む酸化物の膜の物理的な厚さが40〜90nm、好ましくは40〜80nmである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 金属膜が、銀膜又は銀に基づく合金膜である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 透明な導電性酸化物膜が、混合インジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)、特にはIn2O3/SnO2質量比が90/10以上のITO、フッ素を添加した酸化スズ(SnO2:F)又はアンチモン(Sb)を添加した酸化スズ、アルミニウム添加ZnO(AZO)、ガリウム添加ZnO(GZO)、ガリウム及びアルミニウム同時添加ZnO(AGZO)、及びニオブ添加チタン酸化物(TiO2:Nb)から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 金属膜の物理的な厚さが6〜16nmであり、透明な導電性酸化物膜の厚さが50〜400nmである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 金属膜の物理的な厚さが6〜10nmであり、透明な導電性酸化物膜の厚さが80〜300nmである、請求項9に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 金属膜の物理的な厚さが10〜12nmであり、透明な導電性酸化物膜の厚さが50〜200nmである、請求項9に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 金属膜の物理的な厚さが12〜16nmであり、透明な導電性酸化物の厚さが100〜400nmである、請求項9に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 第2の低E膜多層が、透明な導電性酸化物から作成される機能膜の下に、少なくとも1つの窒化物に基づく誘電体膜、特には窒化ケイ素及び/又は窒化アルミニウムから作成される少なくとも1つの窒化物に基づく誘電体膜を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 第2の低E膜多層が、基材の表面から連続して以下の膜、すなわちガラス/窒化ケイ素/酸化ケイ素/ITO/任意選択で窒化ケイ素/酸化ケイ素を備え、場合により追加の中間膜がこれらのさまざまな膜の間に挿入される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 第2の低E膜多層が、基材の表面から連続して以下の膜、すなわちガラス/酸化ケイ素又は酸炭化ケイ素/SnO2:F/酸化ケイ素を備え、場合により追加の中間膜がこれらのさまざまな膜の間に挿入される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- ・少なくとも1つの機能性金属膜を含み、基材の第1の面に堆積される第1の低E膜多層、及び
・透明な導電性酸化物から作成される少なくとも1つの機能膜を含み、基材の第2の面に堆積される第2の低E膜多層
を含み、酸化ケイ素から本質的に作成される膜が、ガラス基材の表面に対し、透明な導電性酸化物から作成される機能膜上に配置される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の多重グレージングユニットの内壁を形成するのに使用できる基材。
