Abstract
Description

- 2つの最外側ガラス板と少なくとも1つの内側ガラス板からなる少なくとも3つのガラス板を含む多重グレージングユニットであって、少なくとも2つの中間ガス充填キャビティがそれぞれ2つのガラス板間にある多重グレージングユニットにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの内側ガラス板は、一方の面上に1つの金属ベース絶縁コーティングを持ち、反対側の面上に1つの透明導電性酸化物ベース絶縁コーティングを持つことを特徴とする多重グレージングユニット。
- 前記金属ベース絶縁コーティングは、n個の赤外線反射金属機能層とn+1個の誘電体膜との交互の配置を含み(ここで、n>1である)、それにより、各機能層は、誘電体膜によって囲まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 前記TCOベース絶縁コーティングは、混合インジウムスズ酸化物、フッ素をドープされたスズ酸化物、アンチモンをドープされたスズ酸化物、アルミニウムをドープされたZnO、ガリウムをドープされたZnO、ガリウム及びアルミニウムを共ドープされたZnO、及びニオブをドープされたチタン酸化物(TiO2:Nb)から選択されるTCO層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 前記TCOベースコーティングは、12nm未満の平均粗さRqを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 前記TCOベースコーティングは、TCO層と、前記ガラス板と前記TCO層との間のイリデッセンス抑制膜とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 前記イリデッセンス抑制膜は、550nmの波長において1.7〜2.5の屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 前記イリデッセンス抑制膜は、ガラス板表面から数えて順に、550nmの波長において1.7〜2.5の屈折率を有する第1の層と、550nmの波長において1.4〜1.68の屈折率を有する第2の層とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 前記TCOベースコーティングは、TCO層と、前記TCO層の上に位置付けられている、シリコン窒化物又はシリコン酸化物から選択される層とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。

- 前記少なくとも1つの内側ガラス板は、ポリマー中間層と共に組み立てられた2つのガラスシートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の多重グレージングユニット。
- 多重グレージングユニットを組み立てるための方法であって、第1の最外側ガラス板を与えること、内側ガラス板を与えること、第2の最外側ガラス板を与えること、コンベヤ上で前記第1の最外側ガラス板、前記内側ガラス板及び前記第2の最外側ガラス板を運搬することを含む方法において、前記内側ガラス板は、一方の面上に1つの金属ベース絶縁コーティングを持ち、反対側の面上に1つの透明導電性酸化物ベース絶縁コーティングを持つこと、及び前記内側ガラス板は、前記透明導電性酸化物ベース絶縁コーティングを持つ前記面が前記コンベヤと接触している状態で前記コンベヤ上で運搬されることを特徴とする方法。
