Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は緩衝機能が補強されたトラクターに係り、より詳しくは前車軸の上下にヒンジ結合された上部リンクと下部リンクを設置して左右一対の4節リンク構造をなし、前記前車軸の左右側にそれぞれ緩衝シリンダーを設置して前記前車軸の上下衝撃を緩和させる緩衝構造をなし、後車軸には、左右には移動できないように固定されるが上下には遊動できる構造となったアームを左右に一対設置し、前記後車軸の左右側にそれぞれ緩衝シリンダーを設置して前記後車軸の上下衝撃を緩和させる緩衝構造をなすことで、トラクターの前車軸及び後車軸が作業中にまたは移動中に発生し得る衝撃をより緩和させる緩衝機能が補強されたトラクターに関するものである。

Claims (8)
- 車体と前記車体の前方及び後方に結合された前車軸及び後車軸とを含んでなるトラクターにおいて、
一端が前記前車軸の上下にヒンジ結合されて前記車体の長手方向に延びた上部リンクと下部リンクを左右に一対設置し、前記上部リンクと下部リンクの他端はそれぞれ前記車体の左右側に結合することで4節リンク構造をなし、
前記前車軸の左右側にそれぞれ緩衝シリンダーを設置して前記前車軸の衝撃を緩和するようにしたことを特徴とする緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。 - 前記前車軸は逆“U”字形に形成され、前輪が左側または右側に操向されたとき、前記前輪が前記4節リンク構造の下に位置するようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。
- 前記4節リンク構造は、前記トラクターが停止して作業するとき、前記緩衝シリンダーに供給される圧縮ガスまたは油圧を遮断して前記緩衝シリンダーが作動しないようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。
- 前記後車軸に左右一対のアームが突設されて前記車体とヒンジ結合され、前記一対のアームと前記後車軸は、左右には移動できないように固定されるが上下には遊動できる構造に設置され、前記後車軸に緩衝シリンダーを設置して前記後車軸の衝撃を緩和するようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。
- 一端が前記車体と結合され、他端が前記前車軸に結合されることにより、前記前車軸が左右に移動することを防止する左右移動防止リンクをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。
- 車体と前記車体の前方及び後方に結合された前車軸及び後車軸を含んでなる4輪駆動型トラクターにおいて、
前記後車軸に左右一対のアームが突設されて前記車体とヒンジ結合され、前記一対のアームと前記後車軸は、左右には移動できないように固定されるが上下には遊動できる構造に設置され、前記後車軸に緩衝シリンダーを設置して前記後車軸の衝撃を緩和するようにしたことを特徴とする、緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。 - 前記トラクターが停止して作業するとき、前記緩衝シリンダーに供給される圧縮ガスまたは油圧を遮断して前記緩衝シリンダーが作動しないようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項4または6に記載の緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。
- 前記緩衝シリンダーが設置された位置に、前記緩衝シリンダーに並んでショックアブソーバがさらに設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1または6に記載の緩衝機能が補強されたトラクター。
