Description

水陸両用車
 本発明は、陸上及び水上を移動することのできる水陸両用車に関するものである。
 水陸両用車は、走行装置により陸上を移動することができ、航行装置により水上を移動することができる。この水陸両用車は、車体の前部に懸架装置により前部フラップが傾斜状態で支持されている。この懸架装置は、シリンダとピストンにより構成されており、水陸両用車が水上を航行するとき、流体荷重を吸収することができる。
 このような水陸両用車としては、例えば、下記特許文献1に記載されたものがある。

 上述したように、水陸両用車は、水上を航行するとき、前部フラップに対して流体荷重が作用し、懸架装置がこの流体荷重を吸収する。ところが、前部フラップに作用する流体荷重は、水陸両用車の航行速度や天候による造波抵抗などによりその大きさが変動する。従来の懸架装置は、シリンダとピストにより構成されるものであるから、所定の周期の流体荷重に対して吸収効果はあるものの、この所定の周期を除く周期の流体荷重に対して十分な吸収効果を得ることが困難となる。そのため、前部フラップは、流体荷重を適正に吸収することができずに損傷してしまうおそれがある。
 本発明は上述した課題を解決するものであり、広範囲の周期の流体荷重を効果的に吸収して損傷を抑制する水陸両用車を提供することを目的とする。
 上記の目的を達成するための本発明の水陸両用車は、車体と、前記車体を陸上で走行させる走行装置と、前記車体を水上で航行させる航行装置と、先端部が上方傾斜して基端部が前記車体の前端部に水平軸により回動自在に支持される前部フラップと、前記車体に対する前記前部フラップの変位を減衰する減衰部材と、前記車体に対する前記前部フラップの位置を復元する復元部材と、を備えることを特徴とするものである。
 従って、車体が航行装置により水上で航行するとき、前部フラップは、流体荷重を受け止める。このとき、減衰部材は、車体に対する前部フラップの変位を減衰し、復元部材は、車体に対する前部フラップの位置を復元することで、流体荷重を効果的に吸収することができる。その結果、減衰部材と復元部材が異なる周期の流体荷重を吸収することとなり、広範囲の周期の流体荷重を効果的に吸収し、減衰部材や復元部材の損傷を抑制することができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車では、前記減衰部材と前記復元部材は、前記車体と前記前部フラップとの間に並列に配置されることを特徴としている。
 従って、減衰部材と復元部材を並列に配置することで、組付性を向上することができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車では、前記減衰部材は、油圧ダンパであり、前記復元部材は、圧縮コイルばねであり、前記油圧ダンパの周囲に前記圧縮コイルばねが配置されることを特徴としている。
 従って、減衰部材としての油圧ダンパの周囲に復元部材としての圧縮コイルばねを配置することで、スペースの有効利用を図り、構造の簡素化及び小型化を図ることができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車では、前記減衰部材は、複数設けられ、複数の前記減衰部材の側方に並んで前記復元部材が配置されることを特徴としている。
 従って、減衰部材の側方に復元部材を配置することで、減衰部材及び復元部材を外部に露出した状態に配置し、メンテナンス性を向上することができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車では、前記減衰部材と前記復元部材は、前記車体と前記前部フラップとの間に直列に配置されることを特徴としている。
 従って、減衰部材と復元部材を直列に配置することで、減衰部材及び復元部材における側方の空間部の有効利用を図ることができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車では、前記前部フラップは、基端部が前記水平軸により前記車体の前端部に回動自在に支持される第1前部フラップと、基端部が連結軸により前記第1前部フラップの先端部に回動自在に支持される第2前部フラップとを有することを特徴としている。
 従って、前部フラップの使用時は、第1前部フラップと第2前部フラップとを直線状に配置し、前部フラップの不使用時は、第1前部フラップに対して第2前部フラップを車体側に回動することで、第2前部フラップを効果的に使用することができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車では、前記前部フラップは、第1フラップ板と、第2フラップと、前記第1フラップ板と前記第2フラップとの間に配置される衝撃緩衝材とを有することを特徴としている。
 従って、前部フラップが流体荷重を受け止めるとき、衝撃緩衝材が車体に対する前部フラップの変位を減衰すると共に、減衰部材が車体に対する前部フラップの変位を減衰することとなり、流体荷重を効果的に吸収することができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車は、車体と、前記車体を陸上で走行させる走行装置と、前記車体を水上で航行させる航行装置と、先端部が上方傾斜して基端部が前記車体の前端部に水平軸により回動自在に支持される前部フラップと、を備え、前記前部フラップは、第1フラップ板と、第2フラップと、前記第1フラップ板と前記第2フラップとの間に配置される衝撃緩衝材とを有する、ことを特徴とするものである。
 従って、車体が航行装置により水上で航行するとき、前部フラップは、流体荷重を受け止める。このとき、衝撃緩衝材が車体に対する前部フラップの変位を減衰すると共に、車体に対する前部フラップの位置を復元することで、流体荷重を効果的に吸収することができる。その結果、広範囲の周期の流体荷重を効果的に吸収して損傷を抑制することができる。
 本発明の水陸両用車によれば、広範囲の周期の流体荷重を効果的に吸収して損傷を抑制することができる。また、車体の動揺低減を図ることができ、乗員の乗り心地を改善することができる。

 以下に添付図面を参照して、本発明に係る水陸両用車の好適な実施形態を詳細に説明する。なお、この実施形態により本発明が限定されるものではなく、また、実施形態が複数ある場合には、各実施形態を組み合わせて構成するものも含むものである。
[第1実施形態]
 図1は、第1実施形態の水陸両用車を表す概略側面図、図2は、水陸両用車を表す概略平面図、図3は、減衰部材及び復元部材の取付構造を表す概略図である。
 第1実施形態において、図1に示すように、水陸両用車10は、車体11と、走行装置12と、航行装置13と、前部フラップ装置14と、後部フラップ装置15とを備えている。
 車体11は、中空箱型形状をなし、前面部11a、後面部11b、天井部11c、傾斜部11d、底面部11e、各側面部11fとから構成されている。
 走行装置12は、車体11の各側面部11fに回転自在に支持される前後一対の駆動スプロケット21と、車体11の各側面部11fに前後一対の駆動スプロケット21の間に回転自在に支持される複数の従動スプロケット22と、各スプロケット21,22に掛け回される無端のクローラ(履帯)23と、駆動スプロケット21を駆動回転する駆動装置(例えば、エンジンやモータなど)24から構成されている。そのため、駆動装置24により各駆動スプロケット21を駆動回転し、クローラ23を回転することで、陸上で車体11を前進または後退することができる。なお、走行装置12は、上述した構成に限定されるものではなく、例えは、駆動装置により駆動回転する車輪としてもよい。航行装置13は、プロペラまたはウォータジェットを備えた水上推進器であって、水上推進器を駆動することで、水上で車体11を前進または後退することができる。
 前部フラップ装置14は、前部フラップ31と、油圧ダンパ(減衰部材)32と、圧縮コイルばね(復元部材)33とから構成されている。前部フラップ31は、所定の大きさで、矩形状をなす平坦な板材であって、先端部が上方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける前端部に水平軸34により回動自在に取付けられている。この前部フラップ31は、水上を航行時に、前面部31aが流体荷重を受けて車体11を浮上させる揚力を得るものであり、傾斜角度は、水陸両用車10が使用される環境に応じて適正な角度に設定される。なお、前部フラップ31は、基端部が車体11の前部側に取付けられていればよく、底面部11eの下面や前面部11aに回動自在に取付けられていてもよい。
 油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ31の先端部側との間に架設されると共に、車体11の幅方向に所定間隔を空けて複数(本実施形態では、それぞれ2個)配置されている。油圧ダンパ32は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の変位を減衰する減衰部材として機能し、圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の位置を復元する復元部材として機能する。
 油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11と前部フラップ31との間に並列に配置されており、油圧ダンパ32の周囲に圧縮コイルばね33が配置されている。図3に示すように、油圧ダンパ32は、シリンダ41と、シリンダ41内に軸方向に移動自在に収容されるピストン42と、一端部がピストン42に連結されて他端部がシリンダ41外へ軸方向に突出するロッド43とを有し、シリンダ41内におけるピストン42の両側にオイルが充填されて構成されている。そして、油圧ダンパ32は、シリンダ41の基端部が車体11の前面部11aに装着され、ロッド43の先端部が前部フラップ31の後面部31bに連結されている。この場合、少なくとも、ロッド43の先端部と前部フラップ31とをピンと長孔との連結関係にすることが好ましい。
 また、油圧ダンパ32は、シリンダ41の外周部に円板形状をなすフランジ部44が固定されている。一方、前部フラップ31は、後面部31bにおけるロッド43の連結位置の周囲に円筒形状をなすばね受けリング45が設けられている。圧縮コイルばね33は、油圧ダンパ32の外側に配置され、一端部がシリンダ41のフランジ部44に押圧され、他端部が前部フラップ31におけるばね受けリング45の内側の後面部31bに押圧されている。
 図1及び図2に示すように、後部フラップ装置15は、後部フラップ51と、油圧ダンパ52とから構成されている。後部フラップ51は、所定の大きさで、矩形状をなす平坦な板材であって、先端部が下方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける後端部に水平軸53により回動自在に取付けられている。この後部フラップ51は、水上を航行時に、下面部51aが流体荷重を受けて車体11を浮上させる揚力を得るものであり、傾斜角度は、水陸両用車10が使用される環境に応じて適正な角度に設定される。なお、後部フラップ51は、基端部が車体11の後部側に取付けられていればよく、底面部11eの下面や後面部11bに回動自在に取付けられていてもよい。
 油圧ダンパ52は、車体11の後面部11bと後部フラップ51の先端部側との間に架設されると共に、車体11の幅方向に所定間隔を空けて複数(本実施形態では、2個)配置されている。油圧ダンパ52は、油圧ダンパ32と同様に、車体11に対する後部フラップ51の変位を減衰する減衰部材として機能する。油圧ダンパ52は、基端部が車体11の後面部11bに装着され、先端部が後部フラップ51の上面部51bに連結されている。この場合、少なくとも、油圧ダンパ52の先端部と後部フラップ51とをピンと長孔との連結関係にすることが好ましい。
 なお、前部フラップ装置14の構成は、上述した構成に限定されるものではない。図4は、第1実施形態の水陸両用車の第1変形例を表す減衰部材及び復元部材の取付構造を表す概略図、図5は、第1実施形態の水陸両用車の第2変形例を表す減衰部材及び復元部材の取付構造を表す概略図である。
 図4に示すように、前部フラップ装置14Aは、前部フラップ31と、油圧ダンパ32と、圧縮コイルばね33とから構成されている。前部フラップ31は、先端部が上方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける前端部に水平軸34(図1参照)により回動自在に取付けられている。油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ31の先端部側との間に並列に配置されており、油圧ダンパ32の周囲に圧縮コイルばね33が配置されている。油圧ダンパ32は、シリンダ41の基端部が前部フラップ31の後面部31bに装着され、ロッド43の先端部が車体11の前面部11aに装着されている。この場合、少なくとも、ロッド43の先端部と車体11の前面部11aとをピンと長孔との連結関係にすることが好ましい。
 また、油圧ダンパ32は、シリンダ41の外周部に円板形状をなすフランジ部44が固定されている。一方、車体11は、前面部11aにおけるロッド43の連結位置の周囲に円筒形状をなすばね受けリング45が設けられている。圧縮コイルばね33は、油圧ダンパ32の外側に配置され、一端部がシリンダ41のフランジ部44に押圧され、他端部が車体11の前面部11aにおけるばね受けリング45の内側に押圧されている。
 なお、油圧ダンパ32のシリンダ41の外周部にフランジ部44を固定し、圧縮コイルばね33の一端部をフランジ部44に押圧したが、フランジ部44を設けずに、圧縮コイルばね33の一端部を直接前部フラップ31の後面部31bや車体11の前面部11aに押圧するように構成してもよい。
 また、図5に示すように、前部フラップ装置14Bは、前部フラップ31と、油圧ダンパ32と、圧縮コイルばね33とから構成されている。前部フラップ31は、先端部が上方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける前端部に水平軸34により回動自在に取付けられている。油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ31の先端部側との間に並列に配置されており、複数(本実施形態では、2個)の油圧ダンパ32の間の側方に1個の圧縮コイルばね33が配置されている。油圧ダンパ32は、シリンダ41の基端部が車体11の前面部11aに装着され、ロッド43の先端部が前部フラップ31の後面部31bに連結されている。
 また、車体11は、前面部11aに各油圧ダンパ32の間に位置して円筒形状をなすばね受けリング46が設けられている。一方、前部フラップ31は、後面部31bにばね受けリング46に対向して円筒形状をなすばね受けリング45が設けられている。圧縮コイルばね33は、各油圧ダンパ32の間に配置され、一端部が車体11のばね受けリング46に支持されて前面部11aに押圧され、他端部が前部フラップ31のばね受けリング45に支持されて後面部32bに押圧されている。
 なお、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ31の後面部31bとの間で2個の油圧ダンパ32の間に、1個の圧縮コイルばね33を配置したが、ここに複数の圧縮コイルばね33を配置してもよい。また、1個または複数の油圧ダンパ32の外側に圧縮コイルばね33をそれぞれ配置してもよい。
 そのため、図1及び図2に示すように、車体11が航行装置13により水上で航行するとき、前部フラップ31は、流体荷重を受け止める。このとき、油圧ダンパ32は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の変位を減衰し、圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の位置を復元し、前部フラップ装置14は、前部フラップ31に作用する流体荷重を吸収する。
 前部フラップ31に作用する流体荷重は、一般的に、波周期の範囲が0.5秒~30秒であり、水陸両用車10の速度を0km/h~50km/hとすると、水陸両用車10と波浪の出会い波周期の範囲は0.03秒~30秒になる。このとき、前部フラップ31に作用する流体荷重の作用周期も0.03秒~30秒になることから、作用周期が遅い場合は、圧縮コイルばね33が流体荷重を吸収し、作用周期が早い場合は、油圧ダンパ32が流体荷重を吸収する。
 このように第1実施形態の水陸両用車にあっては、車体11と、車体11を陸上で走行させる走行装置12と、車体11を水上で航行させる航行装置13と、先端部が上方傾斜して基端部が車体11の前端部に水平軸34により回動自在に支持される前部フラップ31と、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の変位を減衰する油圧ダンパ(減衰部材)32と、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の位置を復元する圧縮コイルばね(復元部材)33とを設けている。
 従って、油圧ダンパ32は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の変位を減衰し、圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の位置を復元することで、流体荷重を効果的に吸収することができる。その結果、油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33が異なる周期の流体荷重を吸収することとなり、広範囲の周期の流体荷重を効果的に吸収し、油圧ダンパ32や圧縮コイルばね33の損傷を抑制することができる。また、車体11の動揺低減を図ることができ、乗員の乗り心地を改善することができる。
 第1実施形態の水陸両用車では、油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33を車体11と前部フラップ31との間に並列に配置している。従って、油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33を独立して配置することで、油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33の組付性を向上することができる。
 第1実施形態の水陸両用車では、減衰部材としての油圧ダンパ32の周囲に復元部材としての圧縮コイルばね33を配置することで、油圧ダンパ32及び圧縮コイルばね33を配置するためのスペースを減少し、スペースの有効利用を図ることで、構造の簡素化及び小型化を図ることができる。
 第1実施形態の水陸両用車では、油圧ダンパ32を複数設け、複数の油圧ダンパ32の側方に並んで圧縮コイルばね33を配置している。従って、油圧ダンパ32と圧縮コイルばね33を外部に露出した状態に配置し、メンテナンス性を向上することができる。
[第2実施形態]
 図6は、第2実施形態の水陸両用車における減衰部材及び復元部材の取付構造を表す概略図である。なお、上述した実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
 第2実施形態において、図6に示すように、前部フラップ装置60は、前部フラップ31と、油圧ダンパ61(減衰部材)と、圧縮コイルばね(復元部材)62とから構成されている。前部フラップ31は、先端部が上方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける前端部に水平軸34(図1参照)により回動自在に取付けられている。油圧ダンパ61と圧縮コイルばね62は、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ31の先端部側との間に直列に配置されている。
 油圧ダンパ61は、シリンダ71と、シリンダ71内に軸方向に移動自在に収容されるピストン72と、一端部がピストン72に連結されて他端部がシリンダ71外へ軸方向に突出するロッド73とを有し、シリンダ71内におけるピストン72の両側にオイルが充填されて構成されている。そして、車体11の前面部11aに支持ロッド74が固定されており、シリンダ71に形成された支持孔75が支持ロッド74に軸方向に移動自在に嵌合している。また、油圧ダンパ61は、シリンダ71の外周部に円板形状をなすフランジ部76が固定されている。一方、車体11は、前面部11aにおける支持ロッド74の固定位置の周囲に円筒形状をなすばね受けリング77が設けられている。圧縮コイルばね62は、油圧ダンパ61におけるシリンダ71の外側に配置され、一端部がシリンダ71のフランジ部76に押圧され、他端部が車体におけるばね受けリング77の内側の前面部11aに押圧されている。なお、油圧ダンパ61は、車体11の前面部11aに固定された支持ロッド74がシリンダ71の支持孔75に嵌合し、所定ストロークだけ移動自在である。つまり、油圧ダンパ61が所定ストローク収縮してから減衰が作用することとなる。
 そのため、前部フラップ31が流体荷重を受け止めるとき、油圧ダンパ61は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の変位を減衰し、圧縮コイルばね62は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の位置を復元し、前部フラップ装置60は、前部フラップ31に作用する流体荷重を吸収する。即ち、前部フラップ31に作用する流体荷重の作用周期が遅い場合、圧縮コイルばね62が流体荷重を吸収し、作用周期が早い場合は、油圧ダンパ61が流体荷重を吸収する。
 このように第2実施形態の水陸両用車にあっては、減衰部材としての油圧ダンパ61と復元部材としての圧縮コイルばね62を車体11と前部フラップ31との間に直列に配置している。従って、油圧ダンパ61及び圧縮コイルばね62における側方の空間部の有効利用を図ることができる。
[第3実施形態]
 図7は、第3実施形態の水陸両用車を表す概略側面図である。なお、上述した実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
 第3実施形態において、図7に示すように、水陸両用車80は、車体11と、走行装置12と、航行装置13と、前部フラップ装置90と、後部フラップ装置15とを備えている。
 前部フラップ装置90は、前部フラップ91と、油圧ダンパ(減衰部材)92と、圧縮コイルばね(復元部材)93とから構成されている。前部フラップ91は、所定の大きさで、矩形状をなす平坦な板材であって、先端部が上方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける前端部に水平軸94により回動自在に取付けられている。この前部フラップ91は、水上を航行時に、流体荷重を受けて車体11を浮上させる揚力を得るものであり、傾斜角度は、水陸両用車10が使用される環境に応じて適正な角度に設定される。
 前部フラップ91は、複数の板材により折曲自在に設けられている。即ち、前部フラップ91は、第1前部フラップ95と第2前部フラップ96とが連結軸97により回動自在に連結されて構成されている。第1前部フラップ95は、基端部が水平軸94により車体11の前端部に回動自在に支持されている。第2前部フラップ96は、基端部が連結軸97により第1前部フラップ95の先端部に回動自在に支持されている。第1前部フラップ95と第2前部フラップ96は、図7に実線で示すように、一直線上に配置される使用位置と、第1前部フラップ95に対して第2前部フラップ96が車体11側に回動して折曲した退避位置とに移動自在となっている。なお、第2前部フラップ96の移動は、手動、または、アクチュエータ(図示略)により実施される。
 油圧ダンパ92と圧縮コイルばね93は、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ91の先端部側との間に架設されている。油圧ダンパ92は、車体11に対する前部フラップ91の変位を減衰する減衰部材として機能し、圧縮コイルばね93は、車体11に対する前部フラップ91の位置を復元する復元部材として機能する。油圧ダンパ92は、基端部が車体11の前面部11aに装着され、ロッドの先端部が前部フラップ91に連結されている。圧縮コイルばね93は、油圧ダンパ92の外側に配置され、一端部が車体11側に押圧され、他端部が前部フラップ91に押圧されている。
 そのため、車体11が航行装置13により水上を航行するとき、つまり、前部フラップ91の使用時、第1前部フラップ95に対して第2前部フラップ96が一直線状となる使用位置に移動する。一方、車体11が走行装置12により陸上を航行するとき、つまり、前部フラップ91の不使用時、第1前部フラップ95に対して第2前部フラップ96を車体11側に回動した折曲した状態となる退避位置に移動する。
 そして、前部フラップ91が使用位置にあって流体荷重を受け止めるとき、油圧ダンパ92は、車体11に対する前部フラップ91の変位を減衰し、圧縮コイルばね93は、車体11に対する前部フラップ91の位置を復元し、前部フラップ装置90は、前部フラップ91に作用する流体荷重を吸収する。即ち、前部フラップ91に作用する流体荷重の作用周期が遅い場合、圧縮コイルばね93が流体荷重を吸収し、作用周期が早い場合は、油圧ダンパ92が流体荷重を吸収する。
 このように第3実施形態の水陸両用車にあっては、前部フラップ91としては、基端部が水平軸94により車体11の前端部に回動自在に支持される第1前部フラップ95と、基端部が連結軸97により第1前部フラップ95の先端部に回動自在に支持される第2前部フラップ96とを設けている。従って、第1前部フラップ95に対して第2前部フラップ96を回動して使用位置と不使用位置に移動することができ、第2前部フラップ96を効果的に使用することができる。
[第4実施形態]
 図8は、第4実施形態の水陸両用車における減衰部材及び復元部材の取付構造を表す概略図である。なお、上述した実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
 第4実施形態において、図8に示すように、前部フラップ装置100は、前部フラップ31と、油圧ダンパ101(減衰部材)と、圧縮コイルばね(復元部材)102とから構成されている。前部フラップ31は、先端部が上方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける前端部に水平軸34(図1参照)により回動自在に取付けられている。油圧ダンパ61と圧縮コイルばね62は、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ31の先端部側との間に直列に配置されている。
 油圧ダンパ101は、第1シリンダ111と、第1シリンダ71に軸方向に移動自在に支持される第2シリンダ112と、一端部が第1シリンダ111の底部に固定されて他端部が第2シリンダ112内に挿入される支持ロッド113と、第2シリンダ112の端部に連結される円板形状をなすシール部材114とを有し、第1シリンダ111とシール部材114により区画された領域にオイルが充填されて構成されている。圧縮コイルばね102は、第2シリンダ112で支持ロッド113軸端面に押圧している。そして、油圧ダンパ101は、シリンダ111の底部が車体11の前面部11aに装着され、第2シリンダ112の先端部が前部フラップ31の後面部31bに連結されている。
 そのため、前部フラップ31が流体荷重を受け止めるとき、油圧ダンパ101は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の変位を減衰し、圧縮コイルばね102は、車体11に対する前部フラップ31の位置を復元し、前部フラップ装置100は、前部フラップ31に作用する流体荷重を吸収する。即ち、前部フラップ31に作用する流体荷重の作用周期が遅い場合、圧縮コイルばね102が流体荷重を吸収し、作用周期が早い場合は、油圧ダンパ101が流体荷重を吸収する。
 このように第4実施形態の水陸両用車にあっては、減衰部材としての油圧ダンパ101内に復元部材としての圧縮コイルばね102を配置している。従って、装置の小型化を図ることができると共に、油圧ダンパ61及び圧縮コイルばね62における側方の空間部の有効利用を図ることができる。
[第5実施形態]
 図9は、第5実施形態の水陸両用車を表す概略側面図、図10は、減衰部材及び復元部材の取付構造を表す概略図である。なお、上述した実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
 第5実施形態において、図9に示すように、水陸両用車10は、車体11と、走行装置12と、航行装置13と、前部フラップ装置120と、後部フラップ装置15とを備えている。
 前部フラップ装置120は、前部フラップ121と、油圧ダンパ32と、圧縮コイルばね33とから構成されている。前部フラップ121は、所定の大きさで、矩形状をなす平坦な板材であって、先端部が上方傾斜し、基端部が車体11の底面部11eにおける前端部に水平軸94により回動自在に取付けられている。この前部フラップ91は、水上を航行時に、流体荷重を受けて車体11を浮上させる揚力を得るものであり、傾斜角度は、水陸両用車10が使用される環境に応じて適正な角度に設定される。また、この前部フラップ121は、第1フラップ板122と、第2フラップ123と、第1フラップ板122と第2フラップ123との間に配置される衝撃緩衝材124とを有している。
 第1フラップ板122と第2フラップ123は、矩形状をなす板材が互いに嵌合して連結されると共に、板厚方向に接近離反自在となっている。衝撃緩衝材124は、例えば、衝撃緩衝ジェル、または、衝撃緩衝ゴムにより構成され、第1フラップ板122と第2フラップ123との間に隙間なく充填されるように配置されている。
 油圧ダンパ92と圧縮コイルばね93は、車体11の前面部11aと前部フラップ121の先端部側との間に架設されている。油圧ダンパ32は、車体11に対する前部フラップ121の変位を減衰する減衰部材として機能し、圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11に対する前部フラップ121の位置を復元する復元部材として機能する。油圧ダンパ32は、基端部が車体11の前面部11aに装着され、ロッドの先端部が前部フラップ121に連結されている。圧縮コイルばね33は、油圧ダンパ32の外側に配置され、一端部が車体11側に押圧され、他端部が前部フラップ121に押圧されている。
 そのため、車体11が航行装置13により水上を航行するとき、前部フラップ121は、前面部121aが流体荷重を受け止める。このとき、前部フラップ121を構成する衝撃緩衝材124が収縮することで、車体11に対する前部フラップ121の変位を減衰する。また、油圧ダンパ32は、車体11に対する前部フラップ121の変位を更に減衰し、圧縮コイルばね33は、車体11に対する前部フラップ121の位置を復元し、前部フラップ装置120は、前部フラップ121に作用する流体荷重を吸収する。即ち、前部フラップ121に作用する流体荷重は、衝撃緩衝材124と油圧ダンパ32により2段階で吸収される。
 このように第5実施形態の水陸両用車にあっては、前部フラップ121として、第1フラップ板122と、第2フラップ123と、第1フラップ板122と第2フラップ123との間に配置される衝撃緩衝材124とを有している。
 従って、前部フラップ121が流体荷重を受け止めるとき、まず、衝撃緩衝材124が車体11に対する前部フラップ121の変位を減衰すると共に、油圧ダンパ32が車体11に対する前部フラップ31の変位を減衰し、また、圧縮コイルばね33が車体11に対する前部フラップ31の位置を復元する。そのため、衝撃緩衝材124と油圧ダンパ32により流体荷重を効果的に吸収することができる。また、衝撃緩衝材124を設けることで油圧ダンパ32を小型化することができる。
 なお、上述した実施形態では、減衰部材として油圧ダンパを適用し、復元部材として圧縮コイルばねを適用したが、この構成に限定されるものではない。例えば、減衰部材としては、油圧ダンパ32以外に、エアダンパや弾性部材を適用したり、復元部材としては、圧縮コイルばね33以外に、合成樹脂製の付勢部材やゴム部材などを適用したりしてもよい。また、復元部材として圧縮コイルばねを適用する場合、異なるばね定数を有する複数の圧縮コイルばねを組み合わせて配置し、復元力に段差をもたせてもよい。

Claims (8)

  1.  車体と、
     前記車体を陸上で走行させる走行装置と、
     前記車体を水上で航行させる航行装置と、
     先端部が上方傾斜して基端部が前記車体の前端部に水平軸により回動自在に支持される前部フラップと、
     前記車体に対する前記前部フラップの変位を減衰する減衰部材と、
     前記車体に対する前記前部フラップの位置を復元する復元部材と、
     を備えることを特徴とする水陸両用車。
  2.  前記減衰部材と前記復元部材は、前記車体と前記前部フラップとの間に並列に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水陸両用車。
  3.  前記減衰部材は、油圧ダンパであり、前記復元部材は、圧縮コイルばねであり、前記油圧ダンパの周囲に前記圧縮コイルばねが配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水陸両用車。
  4.  前記減衰部材は、複数設けられ、複数の前記減衰部材の側方に並んで前記復元部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水陸両用車。
  5.  前記減衰部材と前記復元部材は、前記車体と前記前部フラップとの間に直列に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水陸両用車。
  6.  前記前部フラップは、基端部が前記水平軸により前記車体の前端部に回動自在に支持される第1前部フラップと、基端部が連結軸により前記第1前部フラップの先端部に回動自在に支持される第2前部フラップとを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の水陸両用車。
  7.  前記前部フラップは、第1フラップ板と、第2フラップと、前記第1フラップ板と前記第2フラップとの間に配置される衝撃緩衝材とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の水陸両用車。
  8.  車体と、
     前記車体を陸上で走行させる走行装置と、
     前記車体を水上で航行させる航行装置と、
     先端部が上方傾斜して基端部が前記車体の前端部に水平軸により回動自在に支持される前部フラップと、
     を備え、
     前記前部フラップは、第1フラップ板と、第2フラップと、前記第1フラップ板と前記第2フラップとの間に配置される衝撃緩衝材とを有する、
     ことを特徴とする水陸両用車。
