Abstract
−複合ガラス板(21)と、−該複合ガラス板(21)と下側のガラス板(6)との間の全周にわたって延びる少なくとも1つの環状の結合エレメント(4)と、−下側のガラス板(6)の側縁部に固定されたLEDハウジング(8)とを有し、該LEDハウジング(8)が、少なくとも1つのLED(17)と、該LED(17)に取り付けられたLEDプリント配線板(18)と、該LEDプリント配線板(18)に取り付けられた電気的な接続部(19)と、前記LED(17)と前記LEDプリント配線板(18)と前記電気的な接続部(19)とを取り囲む外装(20)とを含み、−LEDハウジング(8)が、光学的に透明な接着剤および/または接着テープ(14)を介して前記下側のガラス板(6)の側縁部に結合されていることを特徴とする、照光式のガラス板アッセンブリ。

Claims (15)
- 断熱ガラス(I)を備えた、照光式のガラス板アッセンブリであって、少なくとも:
−複合ガラス板(21)を有し、該複合ガラス板(21)が、上側のガラス板(1)と接着層(2)と真ん中のガラス板(3)とを含み、
−前記複合ガラス板(21)と下側のガラス板(6)との間に全周にわたって延びる少なくとも1つの環状の結合エレメント(4)を有し、
−前記下側のガラス板(6)の側縁部に固定されたLEDハウジング(8)を有し、該LEDハウジング(8)が、少なくとも1つのLED(17)と、該LED(17)に取り付けられたLEDプリント配線板(18)と、該LEDプリント配線板(18)に取り付けられた電気的な接続部(19)と、前記LED(17)と前記LEDプリント配線板(18)と前記電気的な接続部(19)とを取り囲む外装(20)とを含み、
−前記LEDハウジング(8)が、光学的に透明な接着剤および/または接着テープ(14)を介して前記下側のガラス板(6)の側縁部に結合されている
ことを特徴とする、照光式のガラス板アッセンブリ。 - 前記LEDハウジング(8)に隣接した前記結合エレメント(4)と前記下側のガラス板(6)との間にリフレクタ(22)が配置されている、請求項1記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記複合ガラス板(21)が、防熱コーティング(23)を有する、請求項1または2記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記断熱ガラス(I)が、>60%、有利には>75%、特に有利には>85%の光学的な透明度を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記下側のガラス板(6)が、発光域(13)、有利には粒子、点パターン、線パターン、ステッカ、付着物、切込み、スクリーン印刷部、刻み込み部および/またはこれらの組合せを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記外装(20)が、金属、有利にはアルミニウム、チタン、鉄、クロム、ニッケル、タングステンおよび/または合金を含んでいる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記外装(20)が、ポリマ、有利にはポリウレタン、シリコーン、ポリイソプレン、スチロールブタジエンゴム、ブタジエンアクリルニトリルゴムおよび/またはポリアクリレートならびにこれらの混合物および/またはこれらのコポリマを含んでいる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- シリコーンが、RTVシリコーンゴム、HTVシリコーンゴム、過酸化物架橋シリコーンゴムおよび/または付加架橋シリコーンゴムならびにこれらの混合物および/またはこれらのコポリマを含んでいる、請求項7記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記光学的に透明な接着剤および/または接着テープ(14)が、アクリレート接着剤、メチルメタクリレート接着剤、シアンアクリレート接着剤、ポリエポキシド、シリコーン接着剤および/またはシラン架橋性ポリマ接着剤、RTVシリコーンゴム、HTVシリコーンゴム、過酸化物架橋シリコーンゴムおよび/または付加架橋シリコーンゴムならびにこれらの混合物および/またはこれらのコポリマを含んでいる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記結合エレメント(4)が、5mm〜20mmの幅を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記光学的に透明な接着剤および/または接着テープ(14)が、>80%、有利には>90%の光学的な透明度を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 前記LEDハウジング(8)が、ケーブル(9)用の切欠き(24)を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板アッセンブリ。
- 照光式のファサードアッセンブリであって、取付けユニット(12)を介してファサード保持装置(11)に結合された、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の2つの断熱ガラス(I)と、該断熱ガラス(I)の、ファサード側とは反対の側で該断熱ガラス(I,I′)の間に取り付けられたカバー(15)とを有し、LEDハウジング(8)への電流供給が、前記カバー(15)の内部の主ケーブル(10)における電流供給部に通じたケーブル(9)を介して行われることを特徴とする、照光式のファサードアッセンブリ。
- 照光式のガラス板アッセンブリを製造する方法であって、
a. 上側のガラス板(1)と真ん中のガラス板(3)とを、オートクレーブ内で接着層(2)を用いて結合し、前記真ん中のガラス板(3)と下側のガラス板(6)とを、全周にわたって延びる環状の結合エレメント(4)を介して結合し、
b. 光学的に透明な接着剤および/または接着テープ(14)を介して、前記下側のガラス板(6)の側縁部にLEDハウジング(8)を固定する
ことを特徴とする、照光式のガラス板アッセンブリを製造する方法。 - 照光式の外側ファサード、建物内部照明、建物外部照明、広告担体および/または車両ウィンドガラスとしての、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の照光式のガラス板アッセンブリの使用。
