Claims (22)
- R1がHまたはC1−8−アルキルであり、R2がH、C1−8−アルキル、ハロゲン化されたC1−8−アルキル、C3−6−シクロアルキル、またはハロゲン化されたC3−6−シクロアルキルである、請求項1に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- R1がHであり、R2がHまたはC1−4−アルキルである、請求項1に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- R1がHであり、R2がHである、請求項1に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記パラジウム触媒が、担持されている、または担持されていない、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記パラジウム触媒が、活性炭、アルミナおよびシリカからなる群から選ばれる担体に担持されている、請求項5に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記パラジウム触媒が活性炭担体に担持されている、請求項6に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記活性炭担体上の前記パラジウムが、触媒全重量として0.5〜20重量%の濃度で存在する、請求項7に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記触媒が触媒床中に100〜350℃の温度で含まれる、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記触媒床の温度が150〜250℃である、請求項9に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- ゲージ圧0〜1033.5kPaの圧力下で実施される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- ゲージ圧68.9〜344.5kPaの圧力下で実施される、請求項11に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 反応する水素の量が、前駆体化合物量として1〜10モル当量である、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 反応する水素の量が、前駆体化合物量として1〜5モル当量である、請求項13に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記前駆体化合物が、パラジウム触媒と接触する前に気化される、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記前駆体化合物が溶媒と混合され、あるいは混合されずに気化される、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記前駆体化合物が溶媒と混合されて気化される、請求項16に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒が、エーテルおよびアルコールからなる群から選ばれる、請求項17に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒が、第三ブチルメチルエーテル、メタノール、エタノールおよびイソプロパノールからなる群から選ばれる、請求項18に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- バッチ操作または連続操作として実施される、請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
- 連続操作として実施される、請求項20に記載のフッ化ジオール化合物の製造方法。
