Description
図3に示された位置に旋回され、必要とされる場合には全開放する。当該バネの力は外側レバー12に対して反時計回り方向24に作用する。パネル2の開放後及び第2の持ち上げ位置7の到達後、外側レバー12の強いバネが有効となり、内側レバー11を運びながら、外側レバー12を自動車の開口部の上縁8より下方に確実に旋回する。その結果として、パネル2を急に閉める位置において、位置調整要素1に損傷が生じることがない。
Claims (9)
- 自動車用ドア及びパネル(2)の位置調整要素であって、特に乗用車のトランクの蓋及び後部ドアの作動ハンドルの有無にかかわらないものにおいて、施錠位置(4)から持ち上げ位置(6,7)まで旋回可能であり、前記パネル(2)の錠を開錠することにより動かされるリフト要素(10)を含み、前記パネル(2)がモータにより前記持ち上げ位置(6)に旋回してから記施錠位置(4)に戻るように設計されているものであって、
前記リフト要素(10)は2つの部品を含み、外側レバー(12)及び内側レバー(11)を備え、前記各レバーは互いに旋回自在又はスライド自在であり、駆動要素(16)に解除自在に連結され、駆動レバー(28)に旋回自在に搭載され、
前記内側レバー(11)が反時計回り方向(24)に旋回し、前記外側レバー(12)が時計回り方向(23)に旋回して元の位置に戻るように設計された、
ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。 - 請求項1に記載の位置調整要素において、
前記内側レバー(11)及び前記外側レバー(12)はバネにより作動される、
ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。 - 請求項1に記載の位置調整要素において、
前記内側レバー(11)は、前記外側レバー(12)に対する相対動作の間、駆動爪部(15)として設計された前記駆動要素(16)が前記外側レバー(12)から係止カム(30)により解除されるように設計される、
ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。 - 前記各請求項のいずれかに一項に記載の位置調整要素において、
前記内側レバー(11)は、前記外側レバー(12)を部分的に取り囲むように設計されるものであり、係止リング(19,20)を含むものである、
ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。 - 前記各請求項のいずれか一項に記載の位置調整要素において、
前記外側レバー(12)は、前記内側レバー(11)より大きい、好ましくは20〜60%のバネ荷重を受ける、ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。 - 前記各請求項のいずれか一項に記載の位置調整要素において、
前記外側レバー(12)は駆動要素(16)を収容する凹部(25)を含むものであり、
前記駆動要素(16)は対応する戻り止め(7)を有するものである、
ことを特徴する位置調整要素。 - 請求項3に記載の位置調整要素において、
前記内側レバー(11)は外曲縁(32)を含むものであり、相対動作の間、係止カム(30)を作動するものである、
ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。 - 前記各請求項のいずれか一項に記載の位置調整要素において、
第2の持ち上げ位置(7)に達した場合に、前記内側レバー(11)は前記駆動手段(17)の動きによりベース位置(5)に戻るように設計されており、同時に、前記外側レバー(12)の戻りバネを解除する、
ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。 - 前記各請求項のいずれか一項に記載の位置調整要素において、
前記外側レバー(12)は金属から構成されており、前記内側レバー(11)及び前記係止リング(19,20)はプラスチックから構成されている、
ことを特徴とする位置調整要素。
