Claims (26)
- 患者の線状創傷を治療するシステムにおいて、前記システムが:
ドレッシングアセンブリであって、前記ドレッシングアセンブリが:

前記ドレッシングボルスターの前記第2の内側に向く側面に結合された緩和層、
前記ドレッシングボルスターを覆う第1のシール部材部分、
前記ドレッシングボルスターの前記第2の内側に向く側面の一部分を覆いかつ前記ドレッシングボルスターから外側に延在してドレープ延長部を形成する第2のシール部材部分であって、前記第1のシール部材の一部分が、前記第2のシール部材に結合されている、第2のシール部材部分、
前記ドレッシングボルスターの前記第2の内側に向く側面に隣接して配置されたシールリング
を含み、かつ前記第1のシール部材部分、第2のシール部材部分、及びシールリングが、前記線状創傷を覆う密閉空間を形成する、ドレッシングアセンブリと;
前記密閉空間に流体的に結合する減圧源と
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シールリングが、70〜80ショア(タイプOO)の範囲の硬さを有するシーリング材から形成されることを特徴とする、システム。

- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シールリングが厚さTsrを有し、前記第2のシール部材部分が厚さTsmを有し、及びTsr/Tsmの比が約2.7〜7.0の範囲であることを特徴とする、システム。

前記ドレッシングボルスターと、前記患者の表皮の一部分とをシール部材で覆って、密閉空間を形成するステップと;
前記密閉空間に減圧を供給するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、前記シーリング材が、70〜80ショア(タイプOO)の範囲の硬さを有することを特徴とする、方法。

前記ドレッシングボルスターが、第1の端部を有する第1のドレッシングボルスターと、第1の端部を有する第2のドレッシングボルスターとを含み;
前記ボルスターアセンブリを配置するステップが、前記線状創傷の少なくとも一部分を覆って前記第1のドレッシングボルスターを配置すること、及び前記線状創傷の少なくとも一部分を覆って前記第2のドレッシングボルスターを配置することを含み、前記第1のドレッシングボルスターの前記第1の端部が、前記第2のドレッシングボルスターの前記第1の端部に当接し;
前記シールリングが、第1のシールリング及び第2のシールリングを含み;
前記第1のシールリングが前記第1のドレッシングボルスターに結合され、及び前記第2のシールリングが、前記第2のドレッシングボルスターに結合され;及び
前記第1のシールリング及び第2のシールリングが接触して、一体型シールリングになることを特徴とする、方法。 - 患者の線状創傷を治療するシステムにおいて、

を含むドレッシングボルスターアセンブリと;
前記ドレッシングボルスターを覆って配置され、密閉空間を形成するシール部材と;
前記密閉空間に流体的に結合された減圧源と
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
