Claims (8)
- 過酸化物とともにレドックス系を形成するのに適した促進剤溶液を調製するための方法であって、遷移金属塩または錯体を、ヒドロキシ官能性溶媒と窒素含有塩基とを含む液状配合物に、50〜200℃の範囲の温度において添加するステップを含む方法。
- 遷移金属が、Cu、Mn、Fe、およびVからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液状配合物が、アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属化合物を含み、窒素含有塩基の導入前に前記アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属化合物が前記ヒドロキシ官能性溶媒に溶解される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得ることができる、過酸化物とともにレドックス系を形成するのに適した促進剤溶液。
- 請求項4に記載の促進剤溶液を硬化性樹脂に混合するステップを含む、硬化性樹脂を予備促進化するための方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法に従って得ることができる、予備促進化不飽和ポリエステル樹脂またはビニルエステル樹脂。
- 第1の成分と第2の成分とを含む二成分組成物であって、第1の成分が、請求項6に記載の予備促進化樹脂組成物を含み、第2の成分が過酸化物を含む二成分組成物。
- 過酸化物が、有機ヒドロペルオキシド、ケトンペルオキシド、ペルオキシカーボネート、およびペルオキシエステルからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の二成分組成物。
