Claims (7)
- プラスチックバッグの形態の1以上のリアクタ槽と、前記1以上のバッグを保持するためのトレー(4)と、前記トレー(4)を振動軸(2)の周りで制限された振動運動させるための振動装置とを含むバイオリアクタであって、前記トレー(4)が前記振動軸(2)に平行且つ前記振動軸(2)から距離をおいた第2の軸(7)の周りで回転することができるようにする装置(6、7、8、9)によって特徴付けられるバイオリアクタ。
- 前記トレー(4)が第2の軸の周りで回転することができるようにするための前記装置(6、7、8、9)が1以上のガススプリングダンパ(6)を備える請求項1記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記バイオリアクタが前記トレーを設定位置に解放可能に係止する手段(10〜12)を備える請求項2記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記トレー(4)が前記振動装置に前記振動軸(2)から距離をおいて位置付けられたヒンジ式連結部(7)によって取り付けられた中間プレート(8)に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、前記中間プレート(8)に前記1以上のガススプリングダンパ(6)の一端が旋回式に取り付けられる請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記振動装置が前記中間プレート(8)がヒンジ式連結部(7)によって取り付けられ、前記1以上のガススプリングダンパ(6)が旋回式に取り付けられる振動プラットホーム(1)を備える請求項4記載のバイオリアクタ。
- ヨーク(10)が一端で前記中間プレート(8)に旋回式に取り付けられ、前記ヨークの反対側の端部が前記中間プレートを1以上の設定位置に係止するための前記振動プラットホーム(1)上に設けられた係止手段(11、12)内に挿入可能である請求項3又は請求項5記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記トレー(4)が前記トレー(4)の前記平面に対して垂直である軸(13)の周りで旋回可能である請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のバイオリアクタ。
