Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金に関し、より詳細には、1.0〜5.0重量%のMn、0.5〜1.5重量%のZn、1.0〜2.0重量%のZr、0.5〜1.5重量%のCu、及び85〜97重量%のアルミニウムを含むダイカスト用アルミニウム合金に関し、本発明によるダイカスト用アルミニウム合金は従来のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金とは異なって、製品成形後、陽極酸化時にシリコンのスマットによる表面ムラが発生せず、均一で鮮やかな色合の具現を可能にするだけでなく、皮膜の接着強度を高めることができてダイカスト製品の耐久性を増大させることができ、また、人体に有害性があると知られている重金属を使用しなくて人体に無害であり、かつ環境に優しいダイカスト用アルミニウム合金を提供することができる。

Description
本発明のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金は、1.0〜5.0重量%のMn、0.5〜1.5重量%のZn、1.0〜2.0重量%のZr、0.5〜1.5重量%のCu、及び85〜97重量%のアルミニウムを含む。
本発明のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金を製造するために、下記表1に示した組成を有するように予め純アルミニウムと母合金を用意して約800℃の温度で溶解、撹拌、及び脱ガス処理した後、安定化過程を経てアルミニウム合金インゴットを得た。
Claims (7)
- 1.0〜5.0重量%のMn、0.5〜1.5重量%のZn、1.0〜2.0重量%のZr、0.5〜1.5重量%のCu、及び85〜97重量%のアルミニウムを含むダイカスト用アルミニウム合金。
- 0.1〜0.6重量%のSiをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金。
- 0.5〜1.5重量%のFeをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金。
- 0.1重量%以下のNiをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金。
- 0.5〜1重量%のMgをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金。
- 0.3〜0.7重量%のTiをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金。
- 前記ダイカスト用アルミニウム合金の引張強度が180〜250MPaの範囲であり、延伸率は5〜10%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイカスト用アルミニウム合金。
