Claims (10)
- −所定の照射(4)に露光して固化するのに適した液状物質(3)を収容する容器(2);
−所定の厚さを有し、前記容器(2)の底部(2a)に隣接して配置する前記液状物質(3)の層(6)を、該層を固化するために、選択的に照射するのに適した前記所定の照射(4)を発する手段(5);
−前記底部(2a)に垂直な方向(Z)に少なくとも従い、前記底部(2a)に対して前記固化層(6a)を移動するのに適した作動手段(8)
を含む典型的な光造形装置(1)によって層で三次元物体を作製する方法であり、
該方法は:
−前記固化層(6a)を得るように、前記液状物質の層(6)を、選択的に照射する操作;
−所定量の相互分離移動(11)によって、前記固化層(6a)を前記底部(2a)から分離する操作
を含む前記方法であって、
前記分離移動(11)は、対応する所定時間間隔(15、15a、15b)の対応する中間停止(14、14a、14b)だけ置いた、対応する所定の長さ(13、13a、13b、13c)の複数の分離シフト(12、12a、12b、12c)を含み、前記中間停止(14、14a、14b)を、前記固化層(6a)を前記底部(2a)から完全に分離する前に行うことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記固化層(6a)を、前記液状物質(3)に少なくとも部分的に浸漬する際に、各前記中間停止(14、14a、14b)を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固化層(6a)の前記底部(2a)からの前記完全な分離を得るのに必要な前記分離移動(11)の所定量が、前記物体の次層の厚さを超えないように、前記分離シフト(12、12a、12b、12c)の前記長さ(13、13a、13b、13c)、前記中間停止(14、14a、14b)の回数及び前記時間間隔(15、15a、15b)の持続時間を規定することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記分離移動(11)を行う前に、前記分離シフト(12、12a、12b、12c)の前記長さ(13、13a、13b、13c)、中間停止(14、14a、14b)の回数、及び対応する時間間隔(15、15a、15b)の中から選択する少なくとも1つのパラメータの値を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、15、15a、15b)の値を、前記固化する層(6a)の表面積の関数として計算することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、15、15a、15b)の値を、前記固化する層(6a)の前記表面積と周長との比率の関数として計算することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、15、15a、15b)の前記計算は:
−前記固化する層(6a)の表面領域を、複数のセルに分割する操作;
−前記セルに隣接するセル数に比例する重みを各セルに割り当てる操作;
−形状パラメータを得るために前記重みを合計する操作;
−前記形状パラメータによる前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、15、15a、15b)の値を計算する操作
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。 - 前記分離シフト(12、12a、12b、12c)の前記長さ(13、13a、13b、13c)を、互いに等しくすることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記作動手段(8)は、前記容器(2)の底部(2a)と対面する前記固化層(6a)のための支持面(7a)を備えるモデリングプレート(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- −所定の照射(4)に露光して固化するのに適した液状物質(3)を収容する容器(2);
−所定の厚さを有し、前記容器(2)の底部(2a)に隣接して配置する前記液状物質(3)の層(6)を、該層を固化するために、選択的に照射するのに適した前記所定の照射(4)を発する手段(5);
−前記底部(2a)に垂直な方向(Z)に従い、前記底部(2a)に対して前記固化層(6a)を移動するのに適した作動手段(8)
を含む典型的な光造形装置(1)であって、
該装置(1)は、前記照射手段(5)及び前記作動手段(8)に連動し、且つ請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法を実行するように構成した論理制御装置(9)を含むことを特徴とする、光造形装置(1)。
