Claims (10)
- − 所定の放射線(4)に曝露して凝固させるのに適した液体物質(3)を入れるための容器(2);
− 前記所定の放射線(4)を放出するのに適した手段であって、所定の厚みを有する前記液体物質(3)の層(6)に選択的に照射するのに適し、前記液体物質を凝固させるために前記容器(2)の底(2a)の近辺に配置される手段(5);
− 前記容器(2)の底(2a)に対面している、凝固層(6’)の支持面(6a、7a);
− 少なくとも前記底(2a)に垂直な方向(Z)に沿って前記支持面(6a、7a)を前記底(2a)に対して動かすのに適したアクチュエータ手段(8);
を備えるタイプの光造形装置(1)を用いて3次元物体を層状に造形する方法であって、
以下の動作:
− 相互の位置決め運動(11;11’)によって前記支持面(6a、7a)を前記底(2a)の近くまで動かして、前記支持面を所定の動作位置(17)で液体物質の前記層(6)と接触させて配置すること;
− 前記支持面(6a、7a)が前記動作位置(17)にある状態で、前記層(6)に選択的に照射して前記層を凝固すること、を含む方法において、
前記位置決め運動(11;11’)は、該当する所定の長さ(13、13a、13b、13c)を有する、全て同じ方向である、複数の一方向への接近運動(12、12a、12b、12c)を含み、該接近運動は、該当する所定の時間間隔(15、15a、15b)にわたる該当する中間停止(14、14a、14b)を間に挟み、前記中間停止(14、14a、14b)は、前記支持面(6a、7a)が前記液体物質(3)中に少なくとも部分的に浸漬しているときに実行され、
前記中間停止(14、14a、14b)の数は1から20であり、前記接近運動(12、12a、12b、12c)の各々の前記長さ(13、13a、13b、13c)は5から200ミクロンであり、前記時間間隔(15、15a、15b)の継続時間は0.01秒から1秒であることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記接近運動(12、12a、12b、12c)の前記長さ(13、13a、13b、13c)の中から選択した少なくとも1つのパラメータの値、前記中間停止(14、14a、14b)の数および該当する時間間隔(15、15a、15b)は、前記位置決め運動(11;11’)を開始する前に決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、15、15a、15b)の値は、前記支持面(6a、7a)の表面積に応じて計算されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、15、15a、15b)の値は、前記支持面(6a、7a)の前記表面積と周囲との比率に応じて計算されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、
15、15a、15b)の前記計算は、以下の動作:
− 前記支持面(6a、7a)の前記表面積を複数の区画に分割すること;
− 前記区画に隣接する区画数に比例する重み係数を各区画に割り当てること;
− 前記重み係数を合計して形状パラメータを得ること;
− 前記選択したパラメータ(13、13a、13b、13c、14、14a、14b、15、15a、15b)の値を前記形状パラメータに従って計算すること
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。 - 前記中間停止(14)の第1の停止に続く接近運動(12a、12b、12c)は、互いに等しいそれぞれの長さ(13a、13b、13c)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持面(6a)は、前記3次元物体の前記凝固層(6’)に属することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持面(7a)は、前記アクチュエータ手段(8)に属するモデル作製プレート(7)に属することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接近運動(12c)の最後の運動は、前記支持面(6a、7a)を前記動作位置(17)を超えて動かすような運動であり、前記位置決め運動(11’)は、前記支持面(6a、7a)を前記底(2a)から離す後退運動(12d)で終わることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- − 所定の放射線(4)に曝露して凝固させるのに適した液体物質(3)を入れるための容器(2);
− 前記所定の放射線(4)を放出するのに適した手段であって、所定の厚みを有する前記液体物質(3)の層(6)に選択的に照射するのに適し、前記液体物質を凝固させるために前記容器(2)の前記底(2a)の近辺に配置される手段(5);
− 前記底(2a)に垂直な方向(Z)に沿って前記凝固層(6’)を前記底(2a)に対して動かすのに適したアクチュエータ手段(8)、
を備える光造形装置であって、
前記放出手段(5)および前記アクチュエータ手段(8)に作動的に接続した論理回路制御部(9)を備え、
前記論理回路制御部(9)は、前記放出手段(5)および前記アクチュエータ手段(8)を制御して、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するように構成されていることを特徴とする、光造形装置(1)。
