Abstract
【解決手段】連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービームによって凝固化可能な構造材料3から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって、三次元的な物体2を付加的に製造するための方法において、付加的に製造されるべき三次元的な物体2の付加的な製造の範囲で、付加的に製造されるべき、又は製造される三次元的な物体2を直接包囲する支持構造11が、連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービームによって凝固化可能な構造材料3から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な予備凝固化とによって形成される。

Claims (10)
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービーム(4)によって凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって、三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための方法において、
付加的に製造されるべき前記三次元的な物体(2)の付加的な製造の範囲で、付加的に製造されるべき、又は製造される前記三次元的な物体(2)を直接包囲する支持構造(11)が、連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービーム(4)によって凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な予備凝固化とによって形成されることを特徴とする方法 - 前記三次元的な物体(2)を形成するための前記構造材料(3)の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化が前記構造材料層(3)の第1の凝固化度合いで行われ、前記支持構造(11)を形成するための前記構造材料(3)の連続的で層ごとの選択的な予備凝固化が、前記第1の凝固化度合いに満たない前記構造材料層(3)の第2の凝固化度合いで行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造材料層(3)の前記第2の凝固化度合いが小さく選択されるため、前記付加的に製造される三次元的な物体(2)の取り出し工程中に前記支持構造(11)が自ら分離され得るか、又は手動で取り外されることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持構造(11)が少なくとも部分的に多孔状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記三次元的な物体(2)を形成するための前記構造材料(3)の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化が前記構造材料(3)の完全な溶融及びこれにつづく冷却によって行われ、前記支持構造を形成するための前記構造材料(3)の連続的で層ごとの選択的な予備凝固化が完全な溶融及びこれにつづく冷却によって行われないことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持構造(11)が、複数の連結する、又は複数の連結しない支持構造部分を備えて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持構造(11)が、付加的に製造されるべき、若しくは製造される前記三次元的な物体(2)を包囲する立方体状の幾何学的な形状をもって形成されるか、又は前記支持構造(11)が、付加的に製造されるべき、若しくは製造された前記三次元的な物体(2)の輪郭、特に外部輪郭及び/若しくは内部輪郭にならった幾何学的な形状をもって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持構造(11)が、付加的に製造されるべき、又は製造される前記三次元的な物体(2)を少なくとも部分的に、又は完全に包囲するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービームによって凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な予備凝固化とが、支持構造に関連した構造データに基づいて行われ、該支持構造に関連した構造データが、物体に関連した構造データに基づき生成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービーム(4)によって凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な予備凝固化とによって、三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための装置において、
当該装置が、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するために設置されていることを特徴とする装置。
