Claims (3)
- a)硬化性接着剤組成物の第一部分及び第二部分を適切な比で混合することにより混合された接着剤組成物を提供する工程であって、
i)前記第一部分が少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂を含み、
ii)前記第二部分が、少なくとも1つの一級アミン、二級アミン及び/又はチオールを、少なくとも1個の末端エポキシ基を含む少なくとも1つのポリオール化合物と反応させることにより得られるエポキシ−アミン付加物又はエポキシ−チオール付加物の形態の少なくとも1つの硬化剤を含む、工程と、
b)前記混合された接着剤組成物で少なくとも部分的に一方又は両方の基材を被覆する工程であって、前記基材の一方又は両方が油層で被覆され、前記油層が、前記混合された接着剤組成物を適用する前に除去されない、工程と、
c)前記混合された接着剤組成物で被覆された区域に前記基材を接触させる工程と、
d)前記混合された接着剤組成物を硬化させる工程と、
を含む、少なくとも2つの基材を一緒に接着する方法。 - 第一部分及び第二部分を含む硬化性接着剤組成物であって、
a)前記第一部分が少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂を含み、
b)前記第二部分が、少なくとも1つのチオールを、少なくとも1個の末端エポキシ基を含む少なくとも1つのポリオール化合物と反応させることにより得られるエポキシ−チオール付加物の形態の少なくとも1つの硬化剤を含む、硬化性接着剤組成物。 - 請求項2に記載の硬化性接着剤組成物の反応生成物を含む硬化済み接着剤組成物。
