Claims (16)
- 少なくとも、空気吸入口がほぼ開放された第1位置と、前記空気吸入口がほぼ閉鎖された第2位置と、の間で自動車におけるエンジン区画の前記空気吸入口を調節するための調節装置であって、
少なくとも前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間で前記空気吸入口を調節するための駆動ユニットを備え、
問題が生じた場合に、前記空気吸入口を所定位置へ導くために前記空気吸入口を調節するように構成された補助ユニットであって、少なくとも1つのエネルギー貯蔵要素を備える補助ユニットをさらに備えることを特徴とする調節装置。 - 前記補助ユニットは、前記エネルギー貯蔵要素の影響を受けて前記空気吸入口を調節するための操作要素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調節装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵要素は、前記操作要素へエネルギーを解放するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の調節装置。
- 前記補助ユニットは、前記エネルギー貯蔵要素を作動させるための作動要素をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵要素は、前記第1位置及び/または前記第2位置へ調節するように付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵要素は、少なくとも1つの弾性要素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置。
- 前記弾性要素は、バネ要素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の調節装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵要素は、以下の要素:キャパシタ要素、コイル要素、形状記憶合金要素、バイメタル要素、火工要素のうちの少なくとも1つを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置。
- 前記駆動ユニットは、電気的駆動部及び/または圧縮空気式駆動部及び/または真空駆動部及び/または液圧式駆動部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置。
- 前記駆動部は、動力伝達装置を介して前記空気吸入口に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の調節装置。
- 前記動力伝達装置は、エボロイド歯機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の調節装置。
- 前記駆動ユニットは、ハウジング内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵装置は、前記ハウジング内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の調節装置。
- 駆動ユニットを備え且つ補助ユニットをさらに備えた調節装置により、少なくとも、空気吸入口がほぼ開放された第1位置と、前記空気吸入口がほぼ閉鎖された第2位置と、の間で自動車の前記空気吸入口を調節するための方法であって、
前記補助ユニットは、前記駆動ユニットが故障した場合に、空気吸入口を所定位置へ動かすために前記空気吸入口と結合し、
前記補助ユニットは、エネルギー貯蔵要素を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置が設けられたことを特徴とする空気吸入口。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の調節装置を有する空気吸入口が設けられたことを特徴とする自動車。
