Description

Δt(秒)が経過した場合(ステップS2:Yes)、予め設定された測定時間間隔が経過したものとして、ステップS3で、蛍光検出部12で検知されたその時点の蛍光の強度を算出し、不図示のメモリに保存する。
次いで、ステップS4で、ステップS3で算出された蛍光強度をグラフにプロットしたときの蛍光強度波形が、定常状態に達したかを判定する。
この判定は、前回の蛍光強度との差が、所定の値以上である場合には、定常状態に達していないものと、所定の値より小さい場合には、定常状態に達したものと判定する。
蛍光強度波形が、定常状態に達していない場合(ステップS4:No)、ステップS5で、補正推定治療深度dnecを算出する。補正推定治療深度dnecの算出は、次の手順で行う。
まず、不図示のタイマから、光照射開始時からその時点までの時間を示す光照射時間を取得し、その時点の戻り励起光検出部13で検知されたその時点の戻り励起光の強度を算出すると共に、ステップS3で算出された蛍光強度を用いて、次の式(1)により、PBIの算出を行う。
以下、実施例により、本発明を更に具体的に説明する。
本例では、心筋における経カテーテル的細胞外光線力学的治療において上記式(1)で算出されたPBIと実測ネクローシス深度Dnecとの関係を調査し、上記式(2)で算出される推定治療深度dnecによる実測ネクローシス深度Dnecの推定の可能性を検討した。
本実施例では、イヌ(体重:12.4±0.8kg,N=16)を肋間開胸し心臓を露出し、PDT薬剤タラポルフィンナトリウムを2.5,5.0mg/kg静脈投与した。
2.5mg/kg投与の場合の血漿中の平均薬剤濃度は、15.85μg/ml(S.D.:2.00)、5.0mg/kg投与の場合の血漿中の平均薬剤濃度は、36.16μg/ml(S.D.:7.99)であった。
投薬から15分後に心室筋に対してレーザカテーテル30より光照射を行い、各条件での蛍光強度、戻り励起光強度を測定した。このときの照射光の波長は、663±2nm、スポット径は、1.4mm、照射強度は、5,10,20W/cm,照射時間は、5,10,20秒とした。
