(2) 請求項2の発明は、請求項1に記載の作業機械において、ブラケットは、上方から見たときに第1の排気装置の延在方向に延在する中心軸と第2の排気装置の延在方向に延在する中心軸とが重ならないように第1および第2の排気装置を一体的に保持することを特徴とする。
(3) 請求項3の発明は、請求項1または請求項2に記載の作業機械において、エンジンは、ディーゼルエンジンであり、第1の排気装置は、酸化触媒であり、第2の排気装置は、消音装置であることを特徴とする。
(4) 請求項4の発明は、請求項1または請求項2に記載の作業機械において、エンジンは、ディーゼルエンジンであり、第1の排気装置は、尿素SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)であり、第2の排気装置は、DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter)であることを特徴とする。
(5) 請求項5の発明は、請求項1または請求項2に記載の作業機械において、エンジンは、ディーゼルエンジンであり、第1の排気装置は、酸化触媒であり、第2の排気装置は、尿素SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)であることを特徴とする。
排気装置400は、第1の排気装置(第1排気装置410)と第2の排気装置(第2排気装置420)とを有する。本実施の形態では、第1排気装置410には消音機能付きの酸化触媒(以下、単に酸化触媒またはDOC(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)と呼ぶ)4100が用いられ、第2排気装置420には消音装置4200が用いられている。後述するように、排気装置400は、第1排気装置410(酸化触媒4100)と第2排気装置420(消音装置4200)とが取付用ブラケット500によって一体的に保持(固定)されて、エンジンカバー140の下方で固定されている。排気装置400への排気ガスの入口は酸化触媒4100の後述する入口4111であり、排気装置400からの排気ガスの出口は消音装置4200の後述する出口4212である。

上述したように図13は、エンジンカバー140への取付ブラケット500の取付状態を示す斜視図である。図14は、取付ブラケット500によって排気装置400がエンジンカバー140の下面に取り付けられた状態を示す側面図である。図15は、図14のA−A断面矢視図であり、図16は、取付ブラケット500で保持された排気装置400を左前方斜め下側から見た斜視図である。
(1) 機能が異なる酸化触媒4100と消音装置4200とを、上方から見たときに筐体4110,4210同士が左右方向で重なるように取付用ブラケット500で一体的に保持するように構成した。そして、酸化触媒4100と消音装置4200とを保持した取付用ブラケット500をエンジンカバー140の下面に取り付けるように構成した。これにより、異なる機能を有する複数の排気装置を作業機械に搭載する際の重量増や大型化を抑制できるので、たとえばエンジン室122等の限られた空間に排気装置を配設でき、作業機械の外観の変更などを最小限に抑制できるほか、作業機械の重量増や大型化を抑制できる。したがって、作業機械のコスト増を抑制できる。また、作業機械に配設する排気装置の汎用性を損なわないため、排気装置を他の作業機械へ配設できる。これにより、排気装置の調達の際に他の作業機械に配設する分とともに調達することで、一回の調達での調達数を増やせるので、調達コストを抑制できる。
(1) 上述の説明では、第1排気装置410には消音機能付きの酸化触媒4100を用い、第2排気装置420には消音装置4200を用いているが、これらは一例であり、本発明はこれに限定されない。たとえば、図17に示すように、第1排気装置410には尿素SRC(Selective Catalytic Reduction)4300を用い、第2排気装置420にはDPF(Diesel Particulate Filter)4400を用いてもよい。また、たとえば、図18に示すように、第1排気装置410には酸化触媒4100を用い、第2排気装置420には尿素SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)4300を用いてもよい。
(6) 上述した各実施の形態および変形例は、それぞれ組み合わせてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 作業機械の車体フレームと、
前記車体フレームに搭載されるエンジンと、
前記エンジンの上部を覆い、支柱を介して前記車体フレームに固定されるエンジンカバーと、
筒状の外観を呈する第1の排気装置と、
筒状の外観を呈し、前記第1の排気装置とは機能が異なる第2の排気装置と、
上部保持部で前記第1の排気装置を保持し、下部保持部で前記第2の排気装置を保持して前記エンジンカバーの下面に取り付けるブラケットとを備え、
前記ブラケットは、上方から見たときに前記第1の排気装置の延在方向と前記第2の排気装置の延在方向とが略平行に、かつ、上方から見たときに前記第1の排気装置の一部と前記第2の排気装置の一部とが重なり合うように前記第1および第2の排気装置を一体的に保持するとともに、前記第1および第2の排気装置を前記エンジンカバーの下方で固定することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記ブラケットは、上方から見たときに前記第1の排気装置の延在方向に延在する中心軸と第2の排気装置の延在方向に延在する中心軸とが重ならないように前記第1および第2の排気装置を一体的に保持することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の作業機械において、
前記エンジンは、ディーゼルエンジンであり、
前記第1の排気装置は、酸化触媒であり、
