Abstract
【解決手段】 車両用電力装置は、充電電力の給電路を導通・遮断するコネクタ側開閉器M1,M2をコネクタ3に設けており、電力変換器1の制御部1bは、コネクタ側開閉器M1,M2によって給電路が遮断した場合における電圧測定部45、電圧測定部1eの各測定結果、コネクタ側開閉器M1,M2によって給電路が導通した場合における電圧測定部45、電圧測定部1eの各測定結果に基づいて、コネクタ側開閉器M1,M2の異常を判定する。

Description
図1は、本実施形態の車両用電力装置の構成を示す。車両用電力装置は、電気自動車(EV)やプラグインハイブリッド車(PHEV)などの電動車両C1に搭載している蓄電池51へ充電電力を供給して、蓄電池51を充電する。また、車両用電力装置は、電動車両C1の蓄電池51を充電する機能に加えて、蓄電池51から図示しない家庭用負荷への放電(V2H)、蓄電池51から商用電力系統への放電(V2G)を行う機能を有する。
本実施形態の車両用電力装置は、実施形態1と同様に、図1〜図3の構成を備えており、同様の構成には同一の符号を付して説明は省略する。

Claims (6)
- 電動車両に搭載された蓄電池への電力供給、または前記蓄電池との間での電力授受を行う電力変換器と、
前記電力変換器が前記蓄電池へ供給する出力端、または前記電力変換器が前記蓄電池との間で電力授受を行う入出力端に一端を接続した電気ケーブルと、
前記電気ケーブルの他端に設けられて、前記電動車両のインレットに着脱可能に接続する一対の電極を有するコネクタと、
非充放電時に前記コネクタを保持するホルダと、
前記コネクタ内に設けられ、前記電力変換器と前記電極との間の給電路を導通・遮断するコネクタ側開閉器と、
前記ホルダに保持された前記コネクタの前記電極間に電圧を印加する電圧発生部とを備え、
前記ホルダは、保持した前記コネクタの前記電極間の電圧を測定する第1の電圧測定部を有し、
前記電力変換器は、前記出力端間または前記入出力端間の電圧を測定する第2の電圧測定部と、前記コネクタ側開閉器によって前記給電路が遮断した場合における前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果、前記コネクタ側開閉器によって前記給電路が導通した場合における前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果に基づいて、前記コネクタ側開閉器の異常の有無を判定する制御部とを有する
ことを特徴とする車両用電力装置。 - 前記ホルダは、保持した前記コネクタの前記電極間に接続する抵抗とスイッチとの直列回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用電力装置。
- 前記ホルダは前記電圧発生部を備え、この電圧発生部は、前記ホルダが保持した前記コネクタの前記電極間に電圧を印加することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用電力装置。
- 前記給電路は、前記一対の電極のそれぞれに接続した一対の給電線で構成され、
前記コネクタ側開閉器は、前記給電線のそれぞれに設けられており、
前記制御部は、前記コネクタ側開閉器を個別にオン・オフ制御し、両方の前記コネクタ側開閉器をオフ制御した場合における前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果、一方の前記コネクタ側開閉器をオフ制御、他方の前記コネクタ側開閉器をオン制御した場合における前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果、一方の前記コネクタ側開閉器をオン制御、他方の前記コネクタ側開閉器をオフ制御した場合における前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果に基づいて、前記コネクタ側開閉器の異常の有無を判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載の車両用電力装置。 - 前記給電路は、前記一対の電極のそれぞれに接続した一対の給電線で構成され、
前記コネクタ側開閉器は、前記給電線のそれぞれに設けられており、
前記制御部は、前記コネクタ側開閉器を一括してオン・オフ制御し、両方の前記コネクタ側開閉器をオフ制御した場合における前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果、両方の前記コネクタ側開閉器をオン制御した場合における前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果に基づいて、前記コネクタ側開閉器の異常の有無を判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載の車両用電力装置。 - 前記ホルダが前記コネクタを保持しているか否かを検出するコネクタ検出部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記ホルダが前記コネクタを保持していない状態から前記コネクタを保持している状態に変化した場合に前記コネクタ側開閉器をオン制御して、前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果に基づいて前記コネクタ側開閉器の異常の有無を判定し、次に前記コネクタ側開閉器をオフ制御して、前記第1の電圧測定部および前記第2の電圧測定部の各測定結果に基づいて前記コネクタ側開閉器の異常の有無を判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載の車両用電力装置。
