Abstract
【解決手段】ベーンポンプ100は、ロータ30と、スリット31と、ベーン40と、カムリング50と、ロータ30とカムリング50と隣り合うベーン40との間に画成されるポンプ室33と、吸込ポート71と、吐出ポート72と、ベーン40の基端部41に区画される背圧室32と、吐出ポート72から吐出される作動流体を背圧室32に導く吐出側背圧ポート73と、作動流体を背圧室32に導く吸込側背圧ポート74と、を備える。吸込側背圧ポート74は、吸込ポート71の作動流体を背圧室32に導く低圧ポート75と、吐出ポート72から吐出される作動流体を背圧室32に導く高圧ポート76と、に分割形成され、高圧ポート76は低圧ポート75よりロータ30の回転方向前方に配置される。

Claims (3)
- 流体圧供給源として用いられるベーンポンプであって、
回転駆動されるロータと、
前記ロータの外周に開口部を有して放射状に複数形成されるスリットと、
前記スリットごとに摺動自在に収装されるベーンと、
前記ベーンが前記スリットから突出する方向の端部である前記ベーンの先端部が摺接する内周カム面を有するカムリングと、
前記ロータと前記カムリングと隣り合う前記ベーンとの間に画成されるポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室に吸い込まれる作動流体を導く吸込ポートと、
前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体を導く吐出ポートと、
前記スリット内に形成され、前記先端部とは反対側の端部である前記ベーンの基端部によって区画される背圧室と、
前記ポンプ室が前記吐出ポートと連通する吐出区間において、前記吐出ポートから吐出される作動流体を前記背圧室に導く吐出側背圧ポートと、
前記ポンプ室が前記吸込ポートと連通する吸込区間において、作動流体を前記背圧室に導く吸込側背圧ポートと、
を備え、
前記吸込側背圧ポートは、前記吸込ポートの作動流体を前記背圧室に導く低圧ポートと、前記吐出ポートから吐出される作動流体を前記背圧室に導く高圧ポートと、に分割して形成され、
前記高圧ポートは前記低圧ポートより前記ロータの回転方向前方に配置される、
ことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 前記高圧ポートは、前記高圧ポートより断面積が小さい細溝を介して前記吐出側背圧ポートに連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。 - 前記ロータの軸方向一端側に設けられ、前記ロータ及び前記カムリングに当接するサイドプレートと、
前記ロータの軸方向他端側に設けられ、前記ロータ及び前記カムリングに当接するポンプカバーと、
をさらに備え、
前記吐出側背圧ポート及び前記吸込側背圧ポートは、前記サイドプレート及び前記ポンプカバーの少なくとも一方に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のベーンポンプ。
