Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る削り盤は、ワークを加工する加工具と、前記加工具を支持する主軸と、前記主軸を支持する支持体と、前記支持体を揺動自在に支持する基部と、前記支持体において、前記主軸を、当該主軸の軸方向に往復動させるとともに、当該主軸周りに回転させる主軸駆動機構と、前記基部に取り付けられ、前記支持体を基準位置から揺動させる支持体揺動機構と、を備え、前記支持体揺動機構は、前記基準位置にある前記主軸と平行な基準方向に往復動可能なスライダと、前記スライダを往復動可能に支持するガイド部材と、一端部が前記スライダと揺動可能に連結され、他端部が前記支持体と揺動可能に連結された連結部材と、前記スライダを往復動させるカム機構と、を備えている。

Claims (6)
- ワークを加工する加工具と、
前記加工具を支持する主軸と、
前記主軸を支持する支持体と、
前記支持体を揺動自在に支持する基部と、
前記支持体において、前記主軸を、当該主軸の軸方向に往復動させる主軸駆動機構と、
前記基部に取り付けられ、前記支持体を基準位置から揺動させる支持体揺動機構と、を備え、
前記支持体揺動機構は、
前記基準位置にある前記主軸と平行な基準方向に往復動可能なスライダと、
前記スライダを往復動可能に支持するガイド部材と、
一端部が前記スライダと揺動可能に連結され、他端部が前記支持体と揺動可能に連結された連結部材と、
前記スライダを往復動させるカム機構と、
を備えている、削り盤。 - 前記カム機構は、前記スライダを挟んで、前記基準方向の一方側に配置され、
前記基準方向の他方側に配置され、前記スライダを前記一方側に付勢する弾性部材をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の削り盤。 - 前記主軸駆動機構により駆動可能な少なくとも1つのバランスウエイトをさらに備え、
前記バランスウエイトは、前記主軸が前記一方側に移動するときに、当該バランスウエイトの重心が前記他方側に移動し、前記主軸が前記他方側に移動するときに、当該バランスウエイトの重心が前記一方側に移動するように、前記主軸駆動機構により駆動される、請求項1または2に記載の削り盤。 - 一対の前記バランスウエイトが、前記主軸を挟むように配置されている、請求項3に記載の削り盤。
- 前記カム機構は、前記主軸駆動機構により駆動される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の削り盤。
- 前記主軸駆動機構が前記主軸周りに回転可能に構成され、前記加工具をピニオンカッタとした請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の削り盤。
