Claims (15)

該バインダー部分は、5〜75アミノ酸の長さを有する、ペプチド、マイクロプロテイン、またはペプチド模倣物である、化合物。 - 前記1つ以上のエフェクター部分は、N−ホルミルメチオニンペプチド;N−ホルミルMet−Leu−Phe(fMLF);N−ホルミル−MMYALF(fMMYALF);マンノース;フコース;N−アセチルガラクトサミン;ポリグアニル酸(ポリG);C末端D−メチオニンの群から選択される1つ以上の部分であるかまたはその部分を含む、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記1つ以上のエフェクター部分はN−ホルミルMet−Leu−Pheである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 少なくとも2つのバインダー部分を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。

- 前記リンカーは合成または半合成ポリマーであり、かつ/または該リンカーは、オリゴペプチド、ポリエチレングリコール、またはポリリジンで構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の化合物を含有する医薬組成物。
- 腫瘍の治療用薬物の製造のための請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の化合物の使用。
- 固形腫瘍;リンパ腫;非ホジキンリンパ腫;結腸直腸癌;前立腺癌;結腸癌;甲状腺癌;乳癌;膵臓癌、卵巣癌;濾胞性甲状腺癌腫;未分化甲状腺癌腫、乳癌腫、頸癌腫、前立腺癌腫;腫瘍性血管;肝癌;肝細胞癌;膀胱癌;胃癌の腹膜腫瘍;神経芽細胞腫;黒色腫の群から選択される腫瘍の治療のための請求項10に記載の使用。
- さらに1つ以上の腫瘍の治療用薬物と組み合わせた、好ましくは、化学療法、モノクローナル抗体、抗体フラグメント、または抗体もしくは抗体フラグメントおよび化学的薬剤を含む融合分子と組み合わせた請求項10または11に記載の使用。
- 腫瘍の治療のための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の化合物を含む組成物。
- 固形腫瘍;リンパ腫;非ホジキンリンパ腫;結腸直腸癌;前立腺癌;結腸癌;甲状腺癌;乳癌;膵臓癌、卵巣癌;濾胞性甲状腺癌腫;未分化甲状腺癌腫、乳癌腫、頸癌腫、前立腺癌腫;腫瘍性血管;肝癌;肝細胞癌;膀胱癌;胃癌の腹膜腫瘍;神経芽細胞腫;黒色腫の群から選択される腫瘍の治療のための請求項13に記載の組成物。
- さらに1つ以上の腫瘍の治療用薬物と組み合わせた、化学療法、モノクローナル抗体、抗体フラグメント、または抗体もしくは抗体フラグメントおよび化学的薬剤を含む融合分子と組み合わせた、請求項13または14に記載の組成物。
