Claims (20)
- 基油と、
イソシアネート基と反応できるヒドロキシ基が存在する脂肪酸の金属塩である反応性気泡開放剤と、を含んでなる、反応性気泡開放剤組成物。 - 前記ヒドロキシ基が存在する脂肪酸の金属塩は、ヒドロキシ基が存在する脂肪酸と金属水酸化物との反応で得られる、請求項1に記載の反応性気泡開放剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロキシ基が存在する脂肪酸は、飽和または不飽和脂肪酸であって、炭素数が8〜30の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の反応性気泡開放剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロキシ基は2次ヒドロキシ基である、請求項1に記載の反応性気泡開放剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロキシ基が存在する脂肪酸は、12HSAである、請求項1に記載の反応性気泡開放剤組成物。
- 前記金属塩の金属はリチウムまたはカルシウムである、請求項1に記載の反応性気泡開放剤組成物。
- 前記基油はシリコンオイル界面活性剤である、請求項1に記載の反応性気泡開放剤組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸の金属塩は、全体100重量に対して10〜50重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の反応性気泡開放剤組成物。
- ポリオール、フォーム安定剤、及び気泡開放剤を含んで混合されたポリオール組成物であって、
前記気泡開放剤は、イソシアネート基と反応できるヒドロキシ基が存在する脂肪酸の金属塩である、ポリオール組成物。 - 前記気泡開放剤は、基油と混合されて、気泡開放剤組成物の形態で添加されて混合される、請求項9に記載のポリオール組成物。
- 前記基油がフォーム安定剤として使用される、請求項10に記載のポリオール組成物。
- 前記フォーム安定剤は、ポリオール100重量部に対して0.5〜5.0重量部の範囲で含まれる、請求項9に記載のポリオール組成物。
- 前記気泡開放剤は、ポリオール100重量部に対して0.2〜3.0重量部の範囲で含まれる、請求項9に記載のポリオール組成物。
- 前記ポリオールは、水酸基の値が350〜450mgKOH/gの値を有する、請求項9に記載のポリオール組成物。
- ポリオール及び気泡開放剤を含んで混合されたポリオール組成物と、ポリイソシアネート化合物が含まれたポリイソシアネート組成物との反応によって形成される開放気泡型ポリウレタンフォームであって、
イソシアネート基と反応できるヒドロキシ基が存在する脂肪酸の金属塩を含む、開放気泡型ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 前記気泡開放剤が、イソシアネート基と反応できるヒドロキシ基が存在する前記脂肪酸の金属塩を含み、
前記気泡開放剤の一部または全部はイソシアネート基と反応してポリウレタン鎖に化学的に結合された、請求項15に記載の開放気泡型ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 気泡開放率が80%以上である、請求項15に記載の開放気泡型ポリウレタンフォーム。
- セルの平均サイズが100μm以下である、請求項15に記載の開放気泡型ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 建築構造物用、衝撃吸収用、または真空断熱材のコア材用に使用される、請求項15に記載の開放気泡型ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記金属塩の金属成分はリチウムである、請求項15に記載の開放気泡型ポリウレタンフォーム。
