Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、板状電池セルを中に収容するフレーム構造を有するセルカートリッジに関するものである。セルカートリッジは、電池セルの両側面のうちの少なくとも一方の側面が開かれているときに電池セルの外面が固定される一対の板状フレームからなる。弾性応力部材をフレームのそれぞれの外面上に装着して、セルモジュールの作製時に放熱部材が電池セルの開いている側面にぴったり接触して固定されるようにすることができる。

Description
つまり、一番外側の電池カートリッジ(a)および一番外側の電池カートリッジ(b)は、電池モジュールの対向する側部に配置される。したがって、上記の好適な実施形態において、第3の放熱部材および第4の放熱部材は、一番外側の電池カートリッジ(a)の第1の放熱部材および第2の放熱部材と同じ方法で、または類似の方法で一番外側の電池カートリッジ(b)にマウントすることができる。

Claims (9)
- 板状電池セルを中にマウントするフレーム構造に構成された電池カートリッジであって、前記電池カートリッジは前記電池セルの少なくとも一方の側部が開いている状態で前記電池セルの外周を固定するように構成された一対の板状フレームを備え、
前記フレームのそれぞれはその外側に、電池モジュールの製造後に放熱部材を前記電池セルの前記開いている側部にぴったり接触する形で固定する弾性押圧部材が設けられた電池カートリッジ。 - 前記弾性押圧部材が、前記フレームのそれぞれの外側の上側領域、下側領域、左側領域、および右側領域からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの領域にマウントされる請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記電池セルは、前記電池セルの少なくとも1つの開いている側部が前記フレームの対応する側部から突出している状態で前記各フレーム間にマウントされ、前記弾性押圧部材は、前記弾性押圧部材がその前記少なくとも1つの開いている側部で前記電池セルの突出高さより高い高さを有する状態で前記フレームのそれぞれの前記外側にマウントされた請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材には、その外面のところで、陥凹部、エンボス加工部、および溝からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの構造が設けられた請求項3に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材は、前記弾性押圧部材が押圧されると高い弾性圧縮力を示すポリマー樹脂から作られた請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材は、ゴムから作られた請求項5に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記フレームのそれぞれには、その外側のところで、前記弾性押圧部材がマウントされる、溝が設けられた請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材は、前記フレームのそれぞれの幅の領域の10%から80%に等しい幅を有する請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 電池セル間に、または電池セルが中にマウントされている電池カートリッジ間にマウントされるように構成された放熱部材であって、前記放熱部材は、前記放熱部材をぴったり接触する形で前記電池セルのそれぞれの外側に固定するように構成された弾性押圧部材を備える放熱部材。
