Claims (8)
- 板状電池セルを中にマウントするフレーム構造に構成された電池カートリッジであって、前記電池カートリッジは前記電池セルの両側部が開いている状態で前記電池セルの外周を固定するように構成された一対の板状フレームを備え、
前記フレームのそれぞれはその外側に、電池セルが前記電池カートリッジ内にマウントされる状態で複数の前記電池カートリッジが積み重ねられる構造で電池モジュールを製造する際に、放熱部材を前記電池セルの前記開いている側部にぴったり接触する形で固定する弾性押圧部材が設けられ、
前記電池セルは、前記電池セルの両側部が前記フレームから突出している状態で前記各フレーム間にマウントされた、電池カートリッジ。 - 前記弾性押圧部材が、前記フレームのそれぞれの外側の上側領域、下側領域、左側領域、および右側領域からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの領域にマウントされる請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材は、前記弾性押圧部材が前記フレームの開いている両側部の少なくとも1つの開いている側部で前記電池セルの突出高さより高い高さを有する状態で前記フレームのそれぞれの前記外側にマウントされた請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材には、その外面のところで、陥凹部、エンボス加工部、および溝からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの構造が設けられた請求項3に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材は、前記弾性押圧部材が押圧されると高い弾性圧縮力を示すポリマー樹脂から作られた請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材は、ゴムから作られた請求項5に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記フレームのそれぞれには、その外側のところで、前記弾性押圧部材がマウントされる、溝が設けられた請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
- 前記弾性押圧部材は、前記フレームのそれぞれの幅の領域の10%から80%に等しい幅を有する請求項1に記載の電池カートリッジ。
