Abstract
【解決手段】意匠パネル30は、透明基材50の外面に中央窓部51とそれを取り囲む額縁部52が形成され、額縁部52に加飾層55が形成され、透明基材50の内面の中央窓部51に偏光フィルム10が形成されている。さらに意匠パネル30は、前記中央窓部51が平坦で、額縁部52が立ち上がり形状からなる意匠パネルとするのが好ましい。

Description
図1を参照して、本発明の意匠パネル30は、平坦な中央窓部51とその中央窓部51の縁から一体的に接続される、立ち上がり形状を有する額縁部52からなる透明基材50と、額縁部52に形成された加飾層55と、透明基材50の下に形成された偏光フィルム10とを備えている。偏光フィルム10は、透明基材50の表面のうち、加飾層55が形成された面とは反対の面に形成されている。
そのようにすることにより、タッチセンサ100の透明導電膜層の層数を減らしたり、タッチセンサ100そのものを偏光フィルム層10で全て代用することができ、装飾付きタッチセンサ60の軽量化・薄膜化に寄与することができる。

Claims (6)
- 平坦な中央窓部と、その中央窓部の縁から接続される、立ち上がり形状を有する額縁部とからなる透明基材と、
前記額縁部の上又は内部に形成された加飾層と、
前記透明基材の下の、少なくとも中央窓部に形成された偏光フィルムとを備えた意匠パネル。 - 前記偏光フィルムは前記透明基材の平坦な部分に形成された、請求項1記載の意匠パネル。
- 前記偏光フィルムの表面は、前記透明基材の表面と面一になるように形成された、請求項1又は2記載の意匠パネル。
- 前記透明基材は成形樹脂であり、
前記加飾層と前記偏光フィルムとは成形同時加飾法によって形成された、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の意匠パネル。 - 前記偏光フィルムの下にタッチセンサを更に備えた、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の意匠パネル。
- 平坦な中央窓部とその中央窓部の縁から接続された立ち上がり形状を有する額縁部とからなる透明基材と、前記額縁部の上に形成された加飾層と、前記透明基材の下の、少なくとも中央窓部に形成された偏光フィルムとを備えた意匠パネルの製造方法であって、
基体シートの上に前記加飾層が形成された加飾シートを成形同時加飾用金型のキャビティ側に配置する工程と、
前記中央窓部に対応してカットされた前記偏光フィルムを前記成形同時加飾用金型のコア側に配置する工程と、
前記成形同時加飾用金型内に成形樹脂を射出し、冷却・固化して、前記透明基材を形成すると同時に前記額縁部の上に加飾層を形成し、前記透明基材の下に前記偏光フィルムを形成する工程とを備えた、意匠パネルの製造方法。
