Abstract
【解決手段】処理装置40(20、30も同様)内で原料黒鉛粒子に衝撃力を加えて、少なくとも粒子表面を平滑化し、略球状の黒鉛粒子とする球状化黒鉛粒子の製造方法において、処理装置40が、ケーシング41内で高速回転する回転部材を備え、黒鉛粒子に樹脂バインダーを添加して処理する。また、得られた球状化黒鉛粒子の表面に、他の物質の粒子を添着させて複合化粒子とする複合化処理を伴う処理を行う。

Claims (4)
- 処理装置内の原料黒鉛粒子に衝撃力を加えて少なくとも粒子表面を平滑化し、粒子径が1mm以下で略球状の黒鉛粒子とする、球状化黒鉛粒子の製造方法において、
前記処理装置が、ケーシング内で高速回転する回転部材を備え、
前記黒鉛粒子に樹脂バインダーを添加して処理することを特徴とする球状化黒鉛粒子の製造方法。 - 前記処理装置が、前記ケーシング内で回転軸に設けられる撹拌羽根と、前記ケーシング内に固定して設けられる複数の衝突板を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の球状化黒鉛粒子の製造方法。
- 前記球状化黒鉛粒子の表面に他の物質の粒子を添着させて複合化粒子とする、複合化処理を伴うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の球状化黒鉛粒子の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂バインダーが、解重合可能な樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の球状化黒鉛粒子の製造方法。
