Claims (6)
- 発酵セルロースを分散媒に分散させ、さらに凍結乾燥させることを特徴とする、易崩壊性食品の製造方法。
- 前記分散媒は水であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記分散液において、0.1〜0.8重量%の前記発酵セルロースが分散されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法で製造した易崩壊性食品。
- 凍結乾燥させた発酵セルロースの骨格を有する易崩壊性食品。
- 前記発酵セルロースの割合は0.1〜20.0重量%である、請求項5に記載の易崩壊性食品。
